Been using this takeaway for a number of years. On the whole the food is good with the delivery coming promptly and getting to me whilst still hot. Occasionally there is a order missing or wrong. Also as I think with everywhere else you do get a disappointing meal, say 1 in 10, may be something to do with a chef change but I give them another go and they are back to form. Takeaway only

If you visit Dover or even live in Dover then a visit to Bob's is a must for the whole family. Bob has been her for what seems a lifetime which only proves how good the food served is. Bob will cook anything that is available in any combination you require. The food is cooked freshly before your very eyes and he himself is a very freindly and chatty person. Unlike most stalls that charge a lot of money you will be amazed by the inexpensive price list.This is a Hot Dog Stall to beat any others with the added attention and detail given by the man himself.

I recently tried this out for the first time and I was not disappointed. I rang them to place an order which they said would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived dead on time it was there waiting for me. We had one of the special offers (Family Time) and it was very good value. The pizzas have a nice thick base, the toppings are tasty, the garlic pizza bread is yummy as are the potato wedges and the coleslaw is lovely and mild. I would recommend Pizza Pronto to anyone who wants a nice pizza at a very reasonable price.

Most Chinese takeaways are much of a muchness. There are more than you can shake a stick at in Dover but this is the best one I've tried so far. In this part of London Road there must be at least two dozen fast food outlets and most I wouldn't try. However when hungry and don't feel like going out for a full blown meal then I come here!!!!!!

I used this sandwich/salad bar a while ago and it was good. The rolls were well filled, the salads tasty and the service happy and well presented. At that time I actually tried to persuade colleagues to use it as a takeaway service at lunchtime. When I used it again this morning after an absence it was deeply disappointing. The girl who took my order was clearly not listening, and was distracted by the more pressing need to slice tomatoes. To slice them so thin you could see her through them if she held them up in front of her. Ditto the cucumber. The salads looked tired, even though they had probably been prepared that morning. The service was non-existent - the girl who served me didn't bother to listen and failed to add all the fillings I asked for, didn't ask what kind of bread I wanted and just slapped it all into a tatty white baguette which when I came to eat it was dry and tasted stale. This got slapped into a paper bag. It looked unappealing right from the start and I did not feel I was getting a "good customer experience"! I realise there must be other pressures such as preparing for the lunchtime run, but this was before 09.30, and surely customers are customers wherever they come from. I have some local work for a while and intended to use this place for my lunchtime carry-outs, possibly breakfasts if I had an early start, and was intending to suggest them to colleagues but will not be doing any of those. The experience was so depressing I will not be using them again at all. If this was just a bad day, then good luck to them. That is not what it looked like.

One familiar with small pizza takeaway businesses in Dover, and generally a lot of the South East, would have come to expect a thick, doughy and fluffy base, with too much tomato sauce and enough greasy cheese to lubricate sandpaper. Not Pizza Sprint. The base is thin enough to be authentically Italian (Italian-style being their main advertising point), the sauce is absolutely wonderful and the balance of cheese compared to toppings is nigh on perfect. I have sampled many pizzas from Pizza Sprint (my favourite being the Padana, however my brother loves the Bolognese and my girlfriend the Hawaii) over the years since they opened, and never have I had a single bad experience. As well as pizza so good that it may as well have been made in Italy, the service is prompt and friendly. Many times have I been told over the phone that the pizza will take around an hour, to be pleasantly surprised 30 minutes later. The delivery driver is always warm, talkative and friendly - a credit to Pizza Sprint's service. And the man at the oven himself is never rude or unhelpful (once ordering without a menu, he kindly went through different suggestions - very patiently). Even on the rare occasion I have collected my pizza instead of having it delivered, the chef and the driver are welcoming and chatty - making receiving the pizza just as enjoyable as eating it. And at the bargain prices offered by Pizza Sprint (two large pizzas for under £10!), it's no wonder that I have not introduced a single friend to this takeaway who did not enjoy it.

After our favourite chinese takeaway changed hands the food really went downhill & smaller portions served so we tried all the other 1s in town.This is the last place we tried as it's furthest away from us but 'wow' what a find. The food was absolutely delicious, best chinese I've ever tasted in fact. Everything was piping hot & oozing with flavour. As for the chicken balls, well, what can I say?They were huge & bursting with fresh chicken breast & not at all greasy. Took some eating, I can tell you. Really generous portions too, had plenty left for breakfast!!!Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Came last weekend with a friend and our children. The food was lovely, the waiters were very friendly. The only reason I wouldn't give it one more star is simply because they were spraying bleach to clean the tables but it was really strong and it put me and my friend off our food. I understand they have to clean but it was very strong. Overall great food and pudding

This is by far the best Chinese in the area. The food is always of a great quality and incredibly tasty. Staff always welcoming. I would highly recommend their black bean dishes and the hot and sour soup
