This is a beautiful restaurant set directly on the harbour side in the old port of Mykonos, so you have a view of the water wherever you sit, great for people watching while enjoying your food. I did some research before arriving to the island and Kadena was on my list for restaurants to visit and we werenât disappointed. The restaurant was full even though many other restaurants in the same area werenât, normally a good sign. The staff were attentive and engaging and the service was excellent. We ordered the Garlic mushrooms to start, which were really tasty and for our main course we went for the Angus Beef Burger. The portion size was extremely generous and the burger was incredible and came with tasty handmade French fries. The prices were very reasonable and I would have no hesitation in recommending this place.

Staff speaks English. We ordered Fried Calamari for lunch (personal favorites) and a Greek salad and unfortunately were disappointed in that the calamari was tough and heavily fried. The Greek salad was delicious. Although we ordered no bread or salad dressing (roquefort for a greek salad?), it was brought to our table, left untouched by us, and yet we were charged-didn't notice this until after we left.

We were staying at mykonos hotel and had lunch at this restaurant. The food was good and the service was also good. The view is beautiful. The salad was delicious. Its a good option if you are staying at the hotel. Been in the Mykonos the past 4 days and this is by far the best restaurant. Where to start, the food is amazing, chilled ambience, great choice of dishes. And not to mention the good looking waiters. Definitely worth a visit if your in Mykonos town. :)

The food there is definitely a cut above most average Mykonos restaurants. On an island where few restaurants offer any interesting vegan options, Sale e Pepe offered a hand made Zucchini Strozzapreti (9) made without shrimps which, whilst not the cheapest, was absolutely delicious. They also had a vegan pizza with a generous amount of vegetables & greenery on top. There was also the usual pasta with tomato sauce which we didnât try. Service was also very helpful in determining the best option to choose.Would return

We booked Kastro's for 6:30pm as you can't reserve specific tables and we wanted a good one! We managed to get the last over the water balcony table and this really made our experience outstanding. The food, wine, service was all amazing and we had an unobstructed view of the sunset. I cannot recommend enough getting there early and really making the most of your night by securing one of these tables! One rude lady came onto our balcony without asking whilst we were eating to take a picture..however we had the best view (but it would have been nice to have asked to join our table for the picture!) Such an incredible night and highly recommended.

I have come to Mykonos the past 3 years and this by far is the best breakfast place on the island. The owner is super friendly and restaurant is absolutely stunning. Came here for breakfast AND dinner and was pleased with everything I ate. Everything is fresh as you can see them get their deliveries every morning if you are there early enough! Definitely a stop to make on your vacation here or in my case the best way to start every morning during my stay!

This was a beautiful place for dinner! Great views and the servers were very friendly and attentive! We did the tasting menu most of the dishes were very good! One dish we both didnât care for was the tartare was very chewy. We had a dinner at Narcissus during our stay on Mykonos and truly enjoyed the experience. We came right for the sunset and enjoyed the breathtaking view of the sun setting behind the sea. We both tried the degustation menu prepared by the chef of the restaurant. Each course left us speechless! The cuisine of the restaurant seems to be Mediterranean and Greek, with traditional meals re-interpreted. We tried the meat version of the degustation menu (you can also go for fish). It included even more diverse plates than we expected, each of which was carefully composed. The tastes were sophisticated but also familiar. My favorites were the appetizer, feta tempura with watermelon, and Santoriniâs aubergine with beef fillet. But all other courses were also beyond great! I paired the menu with some Greek red wine which our waiter recommended, and really enjoyed it. The staff was very attentive and nice.
