Cosy, friendly, polite, fast service, Great food ! You walk in and they make you feel welcomed! Right away a bottle of water without asking. Tried may different pasta dishes and never disappointed. Hats off to the kitchen staff !As soon as we come back to Ajijic, we will be having dinner at Pasta Trenta!

This must be the most inventive breakfast ever. Heavenly Eggs! An amazing breakfast dish with Bechemel sauce and an egg inside of a panko (?) type of covering. Delightfully light, flavorful, and simply amazing. The service at this establishment is always spot on with the two brothers making sure that everything is to your liking. A wonderful place to try for breakfast or dinner while in Ajijic!

Three of us went for lunch on the reccomendation of my nephew at the new location in Sao Paulo. We had two great servers who made our time there memorable. The location is striking and beautiful...a real WOW! Their rib bone entree was superb, and unfortunately I did not order it. All three of us started with Cream of Asparagus and we licked our lips. I then had the grilled trout in a caper vinagrette. It was very good but did not compare with the meat entree. The mango sorbet really tasted like mango. Would go back in a nanosecond, especially to see the lighting in the evening.

It was my first and last time visiting this place. The service was terrible, we were the only customers at that time and they took ages to serve us coffee, when we asked again for our order we realized they forgot it... I am really sorry to hear that the service was terriblle, as you described it. We have a new staff and they are still adapted in their jobs. This is a fine Italian dining establishment located in a leafy area of Zapopan. Nice neighborhood around. They have valet service. Went with friends and they have a good wine collection. The bread served was fresh and smelled good. Friends ordered Lasagna and Seafood pasta. Both were big portions and were fresh and tasted good. Ambiance is nice with good seating and they have a covered veranda too. Saw a lot of families on a Sunday afternoon.

My partner and I went to Guadalajara for the first time and when we were looking for places to eat we were told this place was amazing! They were completely right!!! The food was incredible (The pâté en croûte was to die for) and the service was out of this world, our server Santiago went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! I’ll definitely be coming back!
