Having just spent 3 days in the city with 2 youngish children this was a lovely friendly restaurant / cafe. Costas our waiter was outstanding and we give all credit to him for us returning. The food was good (we definitely recommend the dumplings!), fast and tasty. The atmosphere was welcoming, relaxed and helpful (especially regarding portion size for the children). We had pizzas, pasta, hamburger and chips and yummy small donuts! The photos on trip adviser are really old and do not represent the current updated decoration.

Ate there 3 times in the week we were in Adriano. Amazing food - especially the sea food. Although I have to say we all had veal which was superb. The staff were attentive but not overbearing.We were spending 90-100 euro on a meal for three - with lots of wine- which would have cost us triple at home in Belfast.

We want there last night, 3 couples of adults with two children each. I was worried that children and this type of restaurant wouldn't get along but I was wrong. All the staff was very gentle with them and the service for them took into account the priority you ought to give children when they are hungry. The quality of food was excellent and the place is elegant and cosy at the same time. List of wines could be longer but the Ribolla we chose was worth a double bottle. Besides what's in the menu they also offer out of the menu courses that the waiters are so patient to repeat even a dozen times if it is needed. Despite what you would expect in such an exclusive restaurant prices were fairly reasonable. Never been there before because I was afraid they would "take off my skin" (read: charge a lot of money) because it is the type of thoughts that cross you when you walk along the enchanting wood floored promenade that takes you from the street to the entrance: I couldn't be more wrong and for sure it is a place that will see me and my family again sitting at their tables.Thank you for your very positive review . Dinner on the terrasse. Romantic atmosphere, some lounge musique would improve it further. Excellent service and advices from the sommelier. Their sea food menu, for 50â¬, is a good choice. You get to try numerous dishes, in small portions. Although well cooked and presented, i disagree with the reviews saying that the restaurant meets the bar for a 1-star Michelin rating. Still a very enjoyable experience.
