Living locally, we've only ever had coffee in El Cafe, but having looked at the menu invited our neighbours to join us for the Thursday Paella deal experience. What a lovely evening we had. The food was beautiful, hot and well presented, and the desserts a real treat. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout, and our waitress was a very pleasant and friendly young lady. Thank you to everyone. The Buckland manor provides real fine dining experience in a delightful old Manor. Much used by the wealthy locals the Manor has its menu well tunes to a discerning but not pretentious clientele. Whatâs more, for this quality of food and environment, it is good value. It is a gift; a real treat.

Perfect venue for a close family reunion. Food and service were both outstanding. our party included a vegetarian, a diabetic and someone a a low carb diet - and the menu more than adequately catered for all these diets. Everyone said their food choices were all delicious.

We met with friends fo lunch.The ambiance of the hotel and restaurant is delightful. One of the party was is Coeliac. Attention and helpful assistance was offered when making menu choices.The food is very well presented and delicious. Not overly pretentious.The staff were incredibly helpful an friendly..All in all an excellent place for lunch. We will certainly return.

The food here is farm to table and very fresh. We had a sea trout entree that was extremely flavorful and a good salad with literally fresh from their garden ingredients. The service was good and the surroundings serene. A good place to eat and dine in the Cotswolds!

After a mix up with a voucher I had the hotel very kindly chose to honour my voucher and allow us to enjoy their lovely hotel and afternoon tea.The service was very good and fairly discrete which was nice as some places are overpowering.We had a choice of teas and were encouraged to to smell them to see what appealed to us.The food consisted of freshly made sandwiches,2 large scones and various other small cakes.There was more than ample food for the two of us. Thank-you to the manager and staff for a lovely experience.

We visit this place regularly and I am amazed how this small restaurant keeps turning out such high quality dishes. Forget the chrome and carpet, this delightful place fits in so well in this most beautiful village.It is advisable to book to be sure of getting a table but if you haven't don't let that put you off trying, you might well be lucky.
