This restaurant I revisited again six years later and it is excellent. The service is great. My husband was not very adventurous and had grilled chicken sandwich and I had Calamari. We each had 2 large beers and our bill was $ 25 .

Place was pretty empty, but his is start of off season. Food was promptly served. I had stuffed dumplings ... minimal filling, but tasty with sauerkraut. Wifeâs pork roast was good, but the plain dumpling slices served with it were heavy and without much flavor. Bill total with two beers was less than $20. They take credit cards.

Overwhelmed with the beautiful views and so many restaurants, we finally decided on Restaurant Bohemia because it had outside seating available and a variety of czech dishes. The sausages/appetizer were what we expected but the potato salad/side and the chicken dish with cranberry and apple... wow! So tender, flavorful and refreshing! Servers were friendly and attentive but didn't feel rushed.

Popped down the ancient steps to the terrace after touring Äesky Krumlov castle and town. Every table reserved, but the (English speaking) barman sat us any way. Wife had some traditional potato dumplings and sauerkraut, salad with chicken for me. Highly recommend the CK dark beer, made 150â away. What a town and what a perfect lunch.

Five of us have been cycling for a week in the Czech republic and we all agreed that na louzi was one of the best meals we have had (for me it the best- grilled carp and carrot & horseradish salad, yum and yum!). The service was great and the meals were fantastic.

I love history and I'm enchanted by the town of Czechy Krumlov. Yes, it's a busy tourist town, but I'm good with that. This restaurant touts medieval fare, which I cannot attest too, but we all had a great lunch. Typical hearty fare, think meat and potatoes. Bonus, they served 2 types of tasty mead. The server was funny and the view was terrific. Oh and 6 adults ate with alchohol for approximately 70 American dollars. Good deal!

Wow, is all we can say! First and very important, you must have reservations otherwise you will have to wait until 9 pm... We started with the bratwurst appetizer, served with a side of pickled slaw, greens and horseradish and mustard... it was outstanding! Spiced just right and very flavorful.Then we had the mixed grill for 2...2 pieces each of pork tenderloin, chicken breast and steak, plus 2 each of baked potatoes, potato pancakes plus the pickled slaw, greens and pickles... Really, 4 persons would have had enough food because the portions were huge! Everything was perfectly grilled, tender, juicy and tasty! The two of us could not eat it all!Service was excellent and this dinner was one of the best during our 17 days in the Czech Republic! Did I mention that we had all of the above plus a large beer, 3 glasses of wine and a cappuccino for about $40.00 US! Great quality, service, ambiance that cannot be beat!

Two different meals ordered. One ok the other not so. The duck meal was extremely overcooked, chared and burnt. The duck did not taste freshly cooked. Would not visit again.

This restaurant is set in a pleasant courtyard close to the centre of town. The food is rustic but very tasty. The beer excellent & more than reasonable! Definitely worth a visit!
