This is a brilliant place for a fun time. We were a big group and took 2 lanes. Great set up. Good grub - pizzas and schnitzel. Lots of drinking and you win free shots and cocktails with 3 or 5 consecutive strikes. Daniel was brilliant and made it a really great evening for us. Highly recommended. I

Avrei voluto cenare qui.Alle 18.30 siamo arrivati per cenare.C'era una cameriera/barista che non ci ha degnati di uno sguardo.Dopo 10 minuti di attesa in piedi e una sbirciata alla cucina che aveva la porta aperta ed era poco pulita, siamo usciti.Non capisco perché, forse perché ha notato che siamo stranieri e non voleva avere problemi di comprensione con la lingua oppure perché non le piacciono gli stranieri

There is some good here: modern feel, decent tunes, nice clientele. Just try to give the male staff a miss, as if that's possible...! They seem to play good cop bad cop with customers.The "good cop" surreptitiously closed out the bar tab prematurely without warning and angrily motioned to get out of the pub. The supposed crime: drinking and having a good time (in a pub! Imagine that!)The bad cop's idea of welcoming customers was unending aggressive and loud beratement culminating in a cocked fist threatening a sucker punch! You can't make this stuff up...If taking a chance of going through the above appeals, then by all means give it a go. Not my cup of pivo (beer), however.

The cocktails were made with a show, taste is great prices are okay. I really liked the atmosphere of the bar, plus the music wasn't too loud so you could have a conversation or go dance in the disco area. Great place!

we were looking for a place to eat a little off the beaten path. The little outdoor seating felt inviting. My mom had salad which was fine. I had trout which was decent but they never mentioned they were out of lemon......now if they would have told me that when I ordered I would have probability got something else.....fish without lemon?!My husband chose the liver with rice......30 minutes after waiting for our order they came to ask him if he'd rather have something else since the rice would take another couple of minutes...(they did not mention that they actually forgot to throw the rice in) my husband was really looking forward to that dish and said it was ok. My mom's salad and my order came in then and only 20 minutes later ....when we were done eating my husband hot his......That is unacceptable......no apology was given nothing to make up for the inconvenience.......this could swing only in Europe......would never go there again....

All in all, I have to say we haven't been too impressed with Cesky Krumlov's food scene. Most of the restaurants we've made it to have been a bit disappointing. This restaurant, however, was a little less disappointing the most (if this counts as a metric). We ordered the blue cheese salad and the steak with potato pancakes. The steak was not bad--solid cut of meat and good flavor. The potato pancakes were actually great. The blue cheese salad was expectedly decent. The service on the other hand was just garbage. Must be a town culture here in restaurants, but the service trands poor. The It seems there is one waitress for the entire restaurant, and she gets to you when she gets to you. Not the most adpt at answering questions about the menu or willing to guide you through some of the things that are a bit confusing. The bathroom was a bit... Well... Check it out for yourself--it's a sight to see (not dirty or anything, though). Overall restaurant cleanliness was good, and we were very pleased to have run into this place as an open-late option.

It's a very down to earth pub restaurant with a definitive Czech feel. Bar tender was super friendly and waitress did a great job handling me together with a huge table of other guests simultaneously. Draft beer was good and cheaper than tourist oriented krumlov establishments. Chicken breast steak with soft cheese on top and cranberry sauce underneath with sides of fried potatoes and some raw vegetables for 179 KÄ. Wow! Absolutely loved it.Subdued lighting inside.Really had a great experience here. Definitely would return.

Back in 2017 we went to eat here with my wife, and we really enjoyed the food. We have decided to come back again with our friends, however this time we have left disappointed, as the portions were too small compared to our previous visit. 2 stars only, because we felt ripped off. Dear guest,thank you for repeated visit. We are very disappointed about your disappoitment.We will check right today the size of portion.
