Stopped here for drinks to enjoy the view of the harbour. Complimentary peanuts and crisps. After two drinks decided to stay for a light lunch (or so we thought)!Ordered 1 meat club sandwich and one vegetarian.Out came two HUGE baskets of club sandwiches covered in a mountain of chips and two dips each..Think they were 7 euros and 5 euros. Absolute value for money. Recommend highly.

We visited this taverna and were pleased we did! The surroundings were beautifully done in truly Greek style. The local white wine was good and the food presented well and reasonably priced. The owners were genuinely welcoming and we are pleased to know it is one of the tavernas on the island that will remain open throughout the winter season. Well done Taverna Makis!

Hard to find a good cup of coffee in Greece, but this cafe does a splendid job! And they serve these lovely sesame, cranberry and choc biscuits with it!

Sandy Karidis and her team with Manu and Aris make the best job! Tastefully drinks in a nice atmosphere, where you can look over the harbour area, listening music for people 40+, sitting excellent in confortable chairs.What else you are looking for? That means holidays!

Probably the best waffles we ever had, they almost literally melt in your mouth. We got three different ones, every one of them was excellent. Greek coffee (Greek, not Turkish... don't make that mistake :) ) almost as good as my mother's.We also got a bottle of well chilled water and every time we finished one we got another one, free of charge... which is, from what we saw, not a custom.

On the heights of Vathy, CorTo offers a scenic view on the bay. Absolutely magic at night.Stella and Elias the owners and cook make ut a unique place. Elias prepare the salty dishes. Mushrooms, amazing polpo served on potatoes, outstanding spanish cheese with a home made quince marmelade. Stella is the sweet master. We just tasted a marvelous cheese cake. No more words. You have to try!Book a table on the terrasse.

This espresso bar probably has the best espresso on the island. They use excellent quality beans, they don't pre-grind their coffee like many do. Their coffee machine and grinder are fantastic and the result is of course amazing coffee. The food is good as well
