Well, this place is very well renown among my friends, and yesterday I was with a couple of russian friends, here, willing to eat good "florentine" steak.I was here several years ago, but the fame is still very well deserved: we were given two magnificent "fiorentine", one medium rare and one well done, and we could even die after so happy we were...We didn't miss the "passatelli" with mushrooms and fonduta, and I invite the foreign guests to try them, because this is something typically "made-in-Pesaro" you won't find anywhere else in Italy.My Russian guests had preference for "Amarone" di Valpolicella and "Morellino" di Scansano red wines and -Mom!- I really don't know how I could drive them to the hotel and myself back home... I have refreshed my head under the cold water and stayed in the fresh air in the evening to wake up and have a reservoir of life of half an hour, the necessary time to head back home and fall -tired and satisfied- to my bed like a stone.Remarkably fast and quick understanding the two ladies working as waitress.Glad to see that Mondrigo is still a delivered committment!

This was a real treat. Despite being in high season, there seemed to be only a few people eating here and the food and atmosphere were superb. We sat outside, overlooking the beautiful mountains in the distance. Food-wise, the portion sizes were alarmingly large and we couldnât eat nearly all of what we ordered. We shared a salami plate between two of us and, with an enormous basket of warm, mixed breads, and a couple of side dishes thrown in, this would have been more than enough to eat. The meats and other things on the menu, I understand, were raised/grown on the site and the quality was superb. Nevertheless, we had ordered pasta with wild, rather tough, asparagus and a side dish of rather bland raw tomatoes and onions that we were too full to eat. Our friends had dishes similarly delicious to our own: pasta with truffles and gnocchi with rabbit sauce (amazing, and enjoyed by an 11-year-old). This would be a lovely place to stay and is certainly a lovely place to eat. The food is probably similar to what you can get in many Italian places, but the view is incomparable.

We turned up without a reservation after seeing this place online. There was a bit of a wait outside, no more than 20/25 minutes. We were seated inside, on a small table tucked right under the stairs. Our waiter was Federico. To drink, I had the âsciroccoâ cocktail, this contained rum, Passoa, passion fruit, orange juice, pineapple juice, lime and sugar. It cost 8 euros. We also had water for 3 euros and Pepsi max for 4 euros.We both had pasta for our mains, I had a large portion of mine, meat filled pasta in a meat and cream sauce for 15 euros. My partner had pasta with mussels, clams and cherry tomatoes for 13.50 euros. I was absolutely starving by the time the food arrived, (we were waiting a while) and also my boyfriend was served his food 5 minutes before me. I kept looking around wondering where my food was. There was no apology for the wait.We only had drinks and mains but we were there for more time, than when we ate at other restaurants in Rimini, where we had 2 courses each.After requesting the bill, it took about 15 minutes for our waiter to come take our payment, and thatâs only because I made eye contact with him and raised my hand. I was bored of waiting by that point. The total bill was 43.50.They had a quiz going on in the later part of the evening, it looked fun, with a variety of questions and multiple choice answers. We would have taken part, but our Italian is non existent. There was also a staff member dressed as a pirate! He walked around the tables and hiding behind the stairs pointing his gun.My last point I would like to make is that as we were leaving, we saw a parrot inside a cage. We both felt so sorry for him being trapped in there, he looked like he was trying to escape through the top of the cage. We're well aware to the importance to eating in the same time and if it's not happened- concerning to your pasta- we sincerly excuse us.We're sorry if you didn't take part to the quiz, called music time where there are questions about music. At Bounty's night you can also live music and the tourists from all the part of the word love listening to our live band. It's with enormous sorrow than we're reading for your feeling about Jack, our parrot. He lives in a big and confortable house, 2x2metres with all the care from our Crew. Once a Mondolfese always a Mondolfese. I was born in this beautiful Medieval town on a hilltop overlooking the Adriatic sea. It's hillsides arecsprinkled with olive trees and in the spring the fields are adorned with poppies. Mondolfo is a gem as is the nearby fishing village of Marotta and every visit wouldn't be complete without a family culinary extravaganza at Avis. There is nothing "plastic" at Avis. Don't expect neon lights, fancy table covers, valet parking or other tourist traps. The place is rustic but tastefully blends in with its surroundings and warm and welcoming. The cusine is typically Marchigiana which means its simple, uses the finest ingredients, not overly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Our main attraction at Avis is the local specialty piadina (a local unleavened bread) with the locally made prosciutto and various cooked greens. Staying on course is easier said than done as we first start with an "assaggino" or sampling of multiple "firsts" or pasta/gnocchi/risotto dishes, one better than the other. You would think that after all that there would not be room for the piadina ...... but somehow we manage quite well. LOL!!!!!!!!

I visited Il Cuciniere last night with my family as a special occasion for my Mum's birthday. I couldn't fault anything about the whole experience. We shared some starters, the carpaccio meat being the highlight, then all ordered different meat dishes for our main course. My kangaroo fillet was superb, beautifully cooked and presented. The others in my party ordered pork, rabbit and beef, all of which were top notch. We also had wine and dessert, again all amazing. The service was super friendly, the waiter spoke excellent english and made good recommendations. He even overheard it was Mum's birthday and brought her an ice cream with birthday candle at the end. Absolutely dining perfection, would definitely recommend and will be returning 100%.

We had a great dinner here. We did not have a reservation but the friendly staff managed to squeeze us in last minute. Brilliant antipasto with lovely home made caramelized red onions. Loved the truffle pasta and the red meats.Very friendly people and really good food for a very reasonable price.
