Dopo un lungo periodo di chiusura ecco riaprire un locale âstoricoâ per Valgrisenche. Non più albergo ma solo ristorante. Lâ ambiente e la location sono piacevoli. Ampio salone con tavoli e sedie in legno. Il personale è cordiale, volenteroso ed assolutamente disponibile. Il cibo un poâ spartano ma nel complesso apprezzabile, il rapporto qualità prezzo più che onesto e decoroso

Ambiente caldo ed accogliente a conduzione familiare. Ci siamo capitati su indicazione di un altro ristorante completo ed è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Tutte le portate incominciando dagli antipasti (piatti tipici valdostani) sono molto abbondanti e saporite.Ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo, assolutamente consigliato, ci torneremo durante i nostri soggiorni in valle.

We went here after a recommendation from a friend and after reading reviews here on TA. The room is very nice and the ambiance conducive to producing a pleasant evening. The starters were good and large but the ribeye steak was quite disappointing. There was a lot of fat and gristle which was a surprise at a restaurant of this quality. My dining companion had the fillet in a green pepper sauce which he said wasn't too his taste. It was more creamy than peppery. When asked if everything was OK I replied it was fine, but surely fine isn't what waiting staff should want to hear..... When we mentioned we had a discount card (which we paid for from our tour company) we felt we were instantly treated like second class customers. Tables around us had been given complimentary limoncello or grappa and chocolates, and we were merely abandoned without a further interest. We did leave a tip for a meal which even with the discount was fairly expensive but we left not feeling good. Normally a discount card works to encourage people to visit not for them to be given a different standard. A bit of a shame.
