Great little outdoor cafe with inexpensive beer prices right on the pedestrian street in Guilin.I ordered the pizza after being away from NY for 2 weeks and it was just as good as most pizzerias in my neighborhood.The girl waiting on my section Vicky was a sweet local who every day (3) taught me another Chinese sentence.

I stayed here for three nights. The hostel is conveniently located and has a good atmosphere. Vic, one of the guys running the hostel, is a really cool guy and very helpful but is a terrible singer :-)

This is a quaint and friendly place to visit. It is located adjacent to Shanhu Lake and the Lijiang River. They have a great selection of beers and cocktails. They also have excellent pizza, which is not easy to find in Guilin. The staff is super friendly and are English speakers. I also met the owner and he was a very gracious host that truly cares for the comfort of his guests. They also have three guest rooms, however, we did not stay there. Some of the guests that I spoke to who were staying in the guest rooms seemed quite happy with their rooms. I recommend a visit or stay at the Lakeside Inn.

A healthy option in the city that focuses on organic and locally produced foods. Also catering to vegetarians and health conscious eaters. Serving up home-made sandwiches, pizzas, organic salads and a juice bar with green smoothies and fresh fruit juices.

Been here for breakfast twice now - the title says it all! Impressed with the options for a great price. One of the few western style breakfasts open in this area early in the morning,. Try their iced latte, yum! The girls all speak English really well and went out of their way to help with directions, even though we weren't staying at the hostel. Might go back for dinner tonight too.
