Stayed for one night on a Saturday as we were attending a wedding reception a couple of miles away. We experienced a nice, friendly welcome and shown to our very clean, spacious and comfortable double room in a building located next to the main building itself. Had a few drinks in the garden but didn't use the restaurant apart from breakfast. I had the cooked breakfast which was very good an the others had what they said was an excellent continental breakfast. Nice location. All in all a comfortable and enjoyable short stay. Highly recommended.

Just popped into here for lunch. Absolute rubbish!!!I added prawns to my steak - £4 for 2 tiny prawnsMy wife had calamari starter £7 for 6 marble sized pieces.She also ordered soft tacos with chicken. Chicken was tough and chewy.Coffee was weak and lukewarm. Supposed to be American style restaurant that's a joke. Coffee is unlimited in America and the food is much better than this rubbish. When we complained the waitress just said "oh I'll let them know"No sign of a partial refund or complimentary coffee. Nothing.Shan't be going here again.

I visited the Fox on a Tuesday evening (around 5 o clock) with my family. We were welcomed by the bar staff and given the option to eat inside the restaurant or the outside patio area, we chose outside as it was lovely day.Overall experience was amazing, I chose to have the burger with just bacon and cheese which the staff were more than willing to accommodate my request. My mother has a gluten allergy and the staff were able to advise which dishes she was able to eat.I will be definitely be returning soon, perhaps on a Sunday as Iâve heard good things about their roast.

Just been to Jessie-Lou's for lunch with my husband and Wow! The food was delicious.. We both got burgers and they were huge. I had an El Paso burger - the chicken was juicy and perfectly cooked and topped with super tasty chorizo. My Husband had the Texan Hog which was massive. Knife and fork burger Meat patty was very tasty loaded with pull pork on top which was mouth watering. We both had side salads and shared a portion of their triple cooked chips. Chips were covered in rock salt and perfectly cooked with a few crispy one down the bottom which is always a winner in our book Our mains filled us up so we took two slices of Ferrero Rocher cheesecake to takeaway. Not only way the food good but it was super clean. The ladies serving were friendly and stopped to chat which completes the experience.

Been in this pub several times and lately Rob and Dave have not been around and it definitely made a difference with them not there so we decided to stop going ..we went in Thursday and spoke to rob who informed us Dave would be around at weekends now as he had been helping at another pub....so happy we will now be returning every sataday night for our weekly drinks and dinnerGood Afternoon Sorry, I was out of the business, helping out another pub, but back and ready to go again. Had a fantastic meal here. The best TGIs we have been too, food was wonderful and the service was even better. Our waitress, Elouise was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Can't wait to come back!

Had a very nice meal on Saturday Jess our waitress was good and efficient went for the day time menu very good value especially now they have added Scampi. Husband had the steak medium done just right. nothing was too much trouble for our waitress.
