The food is good at Asiana and the service friendly and pretty quick, however I have noticed recently that there appear to be fewer people eating here. I assume this is because of the prices which are on the high side, especially once you include the service charge which was added to the bill. Call me old fashioned but I still believe service should be discretionary and paid by the customer if they choose to reward good service, after all the food prices are expensive enough. One other small complaint is I don't like watered down dips. The mint sauce was so runny it may as well have been water. The evening was still enjoyable besides these issues and I will probably come back, but unfortunately at these prices not very often.Dear Lisa, thank you for your recent visit to Asiana. I am delighted that you are happy with the food and service you received from us. It just so happens you visited on a quieter evening. Just to reassure you our prices are very fair and in line with other local Indian restaurants in the area. We only apply a service charge on tables seated with 6 or more guests & of course the service charge is discretionary. You will find majority restaurants apply a service charge. I am sorry that you feel the mint sauce was runny & watered down, I have raised this with the kitchen & will ensure that a thicker mint sauce is served. We do not ever use water in the mint sauce, which is made using yoghurt & milk. We look forward to seeing you very soon.

Have eaten at Thaikun before and enjoyed. Returned on a Sunday evening but unfortunately didnât have such a good experience. The coke I ordered was flat, I asked politely for a replacement, of which was also flat - got a shrug and was told âsorry about thatâ.Ordered dumplings to start. These were inedible. I loveeeeee dumplings of all kinds but these were in essence, extremely smelly, fishy (?) pork meatballs - couldnât even stomach one between the two of us. Mentioned this when the food was collected and we were just told theyâd inform the chef. Didnât take them off our bill (£7).Panang curry was the saving grace - great flavour. We waited another 20+ mins after our food was cleared to be offered desert menus or the chance to ask for the bill.Sadly wonât be going back.Khop Khun Kha (thank you) Riannabrooke for taking the time to share your review with us. 1st time visiting this restaurant. Waited a while for food . Ordered from set menu for 2 . Chicken Bangalore NO BANGALORE tinned tomatoes, garlic and a tomato sauce. Italian not Indian food .Charged for pickles this is ridiculous. Unfortunately won't be going back .

My wife and I were in Woking over lunchtime and spotted Bep Viet. We both fancied a bahn mi, not having one since our travels to Vietnam. Obviously due to the sourcing of ingredients and there being a variance from place to place it wasn't quite the same as an authentic bahn mi but it was very good. The baguette was filled with pork and other ingredients. Shins opposite seemed very popular but we were not disappointed in our choice.

I called in a week ago whilst working away. I was in St John's all week so got to visit all three of the main eateries (Indian, Chinese and Italian). All I can say is that the people of St John's are very well served indeed. Tiang's was just as expected, clean, tidy, welcoming and with a very extensive menu. My dish was very good, I had Singapore fried rice and chicken in black bean sauce all washed down with a couple of ice cold Ting Tau beers. Very good and very much worth trying.

Called in for a takeaway.Lovely lady on the counter, helpful and attentive.Ordered our food, of which she advised and helped with our selection.Good portions,Selective menu,good prices.One of the few Chinese Takeaways we have enjoyed.Will have to visit again.

The smiling face and warm welcome from the manager, Mr. Krishnan, is a good start.The food was delicious and fresh. A local Indian delicacy of warm Channa batura (chickpea curry) served with a puffed roti, is what the doctor ordered for the current English weather!Their repertoire of other South Indian treats such as dosa, idlis are gorgeous.A spacious clean restaurant. I always judge a restaurant by the cleanliness of the toilets, impeccable.Enjoy

Ate here tonight (Wed 23 Oct 2019). We live 4 miles away so eaten here many times. It was very disappointing tonight. The chicken in the main course tasted very old... very hard to eat/bite.Haweli in West Byfleet is a more consistent standard. RPG is not as good as a few years ago. Shame.

Another fabulous evening at Elia. Took my girlfriends. We had the mezze. Loads of choice and lots of food. We couldnât finish it but we still had dessert. Oh my galaktoboureko to die for. Warm baklava, wonderful. The owners Antela and Petrit are just great, warm and welcoming. You must try it, a gem in Woking.

This was our first visit to '3Rooms' since its opening. The former 'below-average' establishment on this site has been transformed by the new owners & management into an eatery that Ottershaw can be proud of. The former tired decor has been transformed into modern but warm ambience. the restaurant looked very welcoming upon arrival, and gave an excellent first impression. Our visit was on a fairly-busy weekday evening; it was quiet when we arrived but gradually filled up as the evening progressed. The staff were very attentive, friendly and provided faultless service. Even when things were obviously busy in the kitchen, the service remained good.
