We are here after seeing the warriors it's a great meal different type of region of Chinese food than beijing and others plus they did a traditional tea service as well highly recommended if your coming to see the terra cotta warriors

I guess chickens are just skinnier in China, so getting a fat breast may not be reasonable. Also, in general in many parts of China, you should expect a more spicey taste than in Kentucky. In both KFC's tried in this Xian area, lemonade (near the pepsi spiggot) was out. English signs seen in central Chinese KFC's, MacDonalds, etc were missing but I am not certain I was in the most central KFCs and not sure of road name;one was by the Golden Goose Pagoda. "Children's box" always safe beg for the timid.

This is an excellent example of small fast food chain opening early and serving all day.I had great pork buns, a soup and sweet soy milk. Cheap, easy, patient with non Chinese speakers. Frequented by locals. Went every day, as my hotel did not serve breakfast.

We found this place out wandering from our hotel, the Mercure (it's about 400m). We had such a laugh. We had no idea what was going on! The staff spoke no English, but a mixture of sign language and a few words we got the gist. Light up the stove, pick your ingredients (on sticks), cook in the broth, dip in the lovely sauce and eat! Wonderful. A riot of flavours and a lot of fun. Must commend the staff as they were very patient and a good laugh. And it was soooo cheap.
