Our recent stay at the American Cake Factory was superb. We enjoyed the cupcakes, cakes, muffins, and super hot chocolate never tested before. The space/room was comfortable, very clean, nicely decorated, and covered all needs. All staff members were professional and pleasant. We recommend to visit to American Cake Factory as must place in Parma and even Italy as well.

Our recent stay at the American Cake Factory was superb. We enjoyed the cupcakes, cakes, muffins, and super hot chocolate never tested before. Good burgers and beers but stay clear of anything fried. They have a nice selection of burgers with different meats (italian and foreign) and sizes. The also offer some locally brewed beers. The fried stuff though, especially the onion rings, proved to be extremely though to digest possibly due to overused or low quality oil.

Finally a real burger Gourmet (capital "G"), where the typical american hero made a disruptive friendship with Italian style.Thanks to the imagination and the continuous research of the owners, who fill the dishes with their passion and ideas.I tried a couple of burger, going straight to the Kenshiro with wagyu meat, during a pleasant dinner with friends.Selection of beer and spirits is outstanding.You need to check social web pages because every month there are new surprises and preparations.We'll be back for sure.Reservation suggested because in the middle of the week the restaurant was full...and last but not least: it's not a fast food, good things need the right time.
