Reviewed By JohninCumbriaFrom the opening year of this hotel our group has been staying at Pinetree every year for the Chinese New Year Holidays. There is no good reason to go anywhere else, they always provide a high standard of service and maintain the rooms in good condition. My personal test for any hotel's breakfast quality is how good they can cook poached eggs and here they sure have the expertise, I have not been disappointed yet, sorry I forgot to take a photo of the perfect poached eggs. Over the years the wifi has improved and is now quite good on the floors we have occupied and in the public areas. The location is close to shopping and local services.

Reviewed By Terung_Sedap1204the experience of being in Batu Pahat for Overnight was not terribly bad, the room we stayed in was very comfortable plus the car park was easy and quite close for us to go out to town for food hunting. we also had the opportunity to observe the sunset in a rather dramatic area as there is an old jetty where we can walk directly to the middle of the beach enjoying the sunset, very calm and peaceful. and a little Collage of food pictures that we had a chance to enjoy in Batu Pahat.

Reviewed By logorithmExcellent! Rooms seem newly refurbished. Refreshing welcome juice and bananas are made available at the reception counter. Free drinking water and coffee/tea (free flow) are also made available for guests at all lift lobbies. Breakfast choices are excellent! My comment is that the omelette disintegrates easily, pretty hard to scope up to eat. Should be more solid. Another comment is to wash the juice glasses more thoroughly because my glass had this gross smell of saliva from the previous user(s). Also, should scrub the bathroom walls, it looks like never been scrubbed before. Or is that the tile colour?

Safety box, mini fridge,hairdryer, and a cool usb power outlet in which i am very ‘jakun’. Also, provides with free wifi and the speed is incredibly fast! Overall, great experience!

Reviewed By ZoulaThe hotel is clean, the room I had was clean, there is internet in the room and the front desk staff are very polite. After a long day I came back and my room was not made up, that was really frustrating. They said I had to inform them that I was going out so they would know, or something of the sort. Putting that aside, there the location is convenient with a Tesco walking distance and a 24 h Mc Donalds. The hotel is a shop lot converted into a hotel. For what I paid, no complain.

Reviewed By Curtis BFor the price we paid from booking online, it was a great value. Beautiful view from 9th floor, remodeled room was clean and efficient, quit spacious, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quit good with a lot of variety.
