Hotel Open Sea Luxury Apartments are located in the quiet town of Utjeha in the south of Montenegro. Utjeha is known for its peace and quiet, beautiful beaches and beautiful nature. The hotel is located only 30 meters from the sea by small romantic pebble beaches with a gentle entrance to the sea and has two buildings. The first building has 12 apartments with sea views, eight large two-room apartments and four studios. In the second building there are two very large two-room apartments. The nearest store and restaurants are 500 meters away, the Bar City is 15 km, Ulcinj is 12 km, Podgorica Airport is 55 km, and Tivat Airport is 70 km.

Reviewed By Noémie CYou start with a delicious homemade kiwi alcohol with grandpa and grandma. 1) Rooms: clean, air conditioner and you receive towels. No garbage inside of the room (we do need one!!). 2) Bathroom: one for every one. It was not really clean when we arrived but I can believe it's because of the other rooms. Smelling a bit. Huge flaw: no curtain to shower in the bath (please hang one!!) 3) Food: dinner for 10€ pp was good. Good fish and other Montenegrin speciality. Don't think the breakfast was worth the 5€ pp. 4) People: nice grandparents with a helpful grandson if they don't understand you! Ask grandpa to play the instrument hanging in his living room! 5) Location: not that far from virpazar and much less suffocating!! I hope they continue to improve some details but I would recommend it!

Great wine, friendly hosts
Reviewed By holy_badgerWe were hiking from Virpazar to a nearby villages, tasting local wine on the way. As may is not a high season at all in this region, most of the vineries were closed, but here, in Mond we were met as awaited guests, with local wine degustation and snacks. Excellent experience!

Sparkling new apartments
Reviewed By MagserLovely new, very spacious apartments. Apartments well furnished with a fridge and oven. Close to a good supermarket and centre of Dobra Voda. Free parking on top road. Restaurant on site offering god quality food. Staff friendly and helpful Swimming in sea amazing. Negatives - Cost of parking and sun loungers, you pay extra on a daily basis. Hill down to apartments is much too steep to take a car and should not be attempted unless you have a very powerful car.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix : grande chambre fonctionnelle, climatisation, des hôtes très accueillants, super nourriture (poissons très bons, vins de la maison). Le propriétaire propose des balades en bateau à prix accessibles sur le lac. Super sympa. La vue est époustouflante depuis la terrasse.

Reviewed By PabogПриехали на место раньше контрольного времени, поселили сразу без проблем. Очень радушная хозяйка, только мы вошли, сразу же предложила кофе с дороги. Номер оправдал ожидания, для двоих более чем достаточно. Немного маловат балкон на мой взгляд. Очень чистый, уютный дворик с навесом, столом, креслами, барбекю. Днем можно посидеть в теньке, теплым вечером просто на воздухе. Расположение апартаментов достаточно удачное: пляж, магазины, рыночек, кафешки - все в шаговой доступности. Убирались каждый день, раз в пять дней меняют постельное белье и полотенца. Хозяйка разговаривает по сербски и по английски, но понять друг друга можно и не зная этих языков. Рекомендую для семейного отдыха.

Reviewed By KAEscapadeWe had a lovely 9 days stay in this family friendly owned apartments ! It was a one bedroom apartment equipped with a kitchen and a sitting room ! The place was spacious, clean and everything was brand new ! The owners and the staff was very accommodating and friendly to their guests ! Homemade food was served every time we had our dinner there ! Would highly recommend this place whether your travelling on your own or with your family ! We would definitely be back !

Reviewed By sissou_92Appartement grand, propre. La piscine est belle. Mais le vrai plus est la gentillesse du propriétaire, il a tout fait pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. L'appartement est proche du centre de Virpazar mais une voiture est quand même nécessaire
