Reviewed By latac2022The hotel felt very homely with great decor ans set up with rooms in stately Royal style. However some of the rooms were very dark and could have had better lighting. The staff treated us very well catering to all our smallest needs and even cooking some light dinner for us one evening. Would help if the guests were given a free pick up from airport for their safety. Some more space around the premises would make it less claustrophobic

Reviewed By 259vallWe stayed at the Kumari Boutique Hotel before and after our trek. We had nothing but positive experiences. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was extremely tasty. The room was comfortable, the bed were extremely cozy. This was the perfect stay for us. We felt like we were at a home away from home at the Kumari. Would stay here again when we revisit Kathmandu.

People are so friendly and helpful. The location is in central Thamel where you can walk safely with several really good restaurants and stores everywhere. This place is clean and covid safe.

One of the two genuine North Face stores is just down the road. From my first night The Manager Tulsi and staff went out of their way to address my every concern. Tulsi was very helpful. Bathrooms and bedrooms kept very clean, maintained regularly. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, strong Wi-Fi, and top notch service around the clock. Location also great because you're not in the touristy crowd, but no far away at all. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great stay in Thamel.

Reviewed By ryank1975Love this chic small hotel. Its at the hip end of Thamel - lots of food, cafes and shops around (some burger joints are 24hrs!) so very conveniently located. Hotel itself is small but very self-sufficient, very cozy and very importantly clean and comfortable. Rooms are well decorated and complete with nice TVs (if you ever want to watch with a variety of English channels too), bottled water, comfortable beds and sockets all over to charge your stuff. (Clean) bathroom slippers provided too and that was definitely nice, with more than enough soup and shampoo sachets. Breakfast was yummy and served buffet style in a green and pretty courtyard setting. When i was there, i was probably the only one having the buffet (with 5-6 main dishes that changed daily) all to myself and it was sufficient and warm. The spread wasn't overly filled which was good to avoid wastage since i was the only guest. They also had juice and oh a welcome drink when i arrived which was a very nice touch! One minor thing, i went shopping and reached back late the first night and hot water was not all too available for shower (maybe the switch was shut) so water was only slightly warm - even though i was told it'd be hot water 24hrs. also, the rainshower head in my room was a bit spoilt and (quite cold) water was squirting all over so i had to use the tap to shower in the end and it was not too comfortable. lucky im heigh challenged and the tap is high so it worked like a shower head for me lol. only thing - itwas still not very warm. but for the second night, it was much warmer, just needed more time for the water to heat up. My advise - to avoid these, get back earlier and take your shower before its too late. Oh another minor -ve: the hotel is located near some pubs /karaoke joins so if you get the rooms nearer the road, be prepared for some out of tune singing till late. Solution - bring ear plugs. But all in, very good, budget-friendly hotel and totally worth it!

No crowd here around, really peaceful place, room and bathroom fantastic, nice staff, rooftop restaurant and bar I love, coffee and some drinks with beautiful view of monkey temple, quality of food and cost worthy, in overall I like all the facility of Arushi Boutique hotel, If anyone looking for nice accommodation this will be perfect for you. Massage chair I used freely and some workout in fitness, Hartley recommended this hotel to everyone. Thanks Arushi Team.

The hotel itself is located in a commercial complex which has multiple high-end shops, restaurants and even a cinema hall. While staying in this property do roam around in the markets for great finds. The property is extremely clean and very well maintained. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was well lit and nicely furnished and offers great views as well. The only point of improvement seems to be the lack of hand-shower in the bathroom. The Hotel is multiple restaurants/cafes/lounges. I enjoyed all my meals in Nook restaurant. They offer a good variety of food and taste was also quite nice. In addition, the hotel has an indoor swimming pool, a spa and a casino. Do enjoy these amenities if you decide to stay there. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to return sometime.
