Worst Experience ever, Non-professional, will never recommend
Reviewed By kamlakarswapnilI stayed for 2 days in Click Hotels Aurangabad, Maharashtra (13th and 14th May 2022). No room service was done despite telling the reception two times. They mentioned there was a DND sign, but pls explain if the room is close shut, no one's there, the switch card is with me (I am out on personal work) how would the sign appear? I told the guy at 1:10AM ( i remember the exact time as I was time bound to reach somewhere) to clean up the room, I returned around 9PM and taddaaaaa....the room was not serviced. No towels, bed wasn't arranged, no dental kit, no water bottles nothing. If you mean so professional then pls let me know if it's fair to charge service tax and not providing the service? (Again, pls note I don't want that money, I will simply assume it's the cost that I paid for a mistake which is not to be made again). It caused inconvenience to my mother as well as my wife. Never recommending Click Hotel Aurangabad to any one. Advice: If you claims yourselves so professionals in the business, pls try to behave like professionals! Regards.
