Archetypal greek taverna. Not super elegant (and smokers - and cats - abound; more a fan of the latter than the former) but clean, good service and excellent value for money. Ate here a couple of times before the Marathon this year but couldn't walk all that way afterwards :) Whatever you order, they always add a fruit plate and Greek doughnuts at the end of your meal.

We got hungry and so we decided to pay a visit to Glyfada to find a restaurant to eat. Strolling around the area in Glyfada where a very nice restaurant used to be till some years ago, we spotted Il Salotto. It looked attractive to us, so we decided to try it. Proved to be a good choice. Friendly environment, good food and decent price. I believe we will visit it again in the future.

Nice restaurant with good service and friendly and quick staff. Here is offered a big variety of well cooked and tasty Greek (including not only general Greek Cuisine but also some local dishes from various parts of Greece) and Mediterranean Dishes. Size of portions is sufficient with a good value for money. Food, is not only tasty but also well presented/served. Excellent choices would have been a variety of appetizers and grilled food dishes. During weekends the restaurant might be very crowded as it is considered very popular spot for lunch and especially for families.

After various delightful starters , we were introduced to the mixed grill x 4.
Wonderful selection , all well cooked. It was good quality, very tasty and unbelievably great value for money.
Speed of Service is amazing and no fuss or gimmicks. No room for the complimentary desserts but the place left an indelible mark on you. Restaurants can be brilliant, they don’t have to charge the earth and they leave a real feel good factor. This place is one of Athens ambassadors and they do a terrific job!

Miss Dina has many years of experience in cooking and her biggest goal is to satisfy all customers and try to present them the way a meal and some wine change our mood and make our life better.Most of the ingredients of our cuisine like wine,vinegar,tomatoes,eggplants,rocket,potatoes and fava are produced by son John and Father Dimitris in Santorini Island. Palia Fava has been awarded twice with the Best Greek Tavern Award for 2014 by CosmopolisFinezza and Mission:Life and Style.

Really excellent place. Visited by group of people and the had best food ever.
Restaurant is located in nice silent place. Only Greeks inside. Owner welcomed us, put a wine on the table. Starters - aubergines, octopus and sardines - just very good. Main dishes - beef, lamb, octopus and veal - top level of any cousine, really one of best food we ever had. For the dessert we received "fava" - grapes in sugar syrop with sour cream - the best sweet I ever had.
Must eat there!!!!!!!!

The impressive think was that this place is a proper restaurant with burgers. When I say proper I mean that almost every burger place has been made for snack food but this one no..(you can order a bottle of wine as well or stay for a drink)
We ordered a salad with avocado bj and two burgers one classic cheeseburger and another one hangover . Both burgers are made from black angus meat and was delicious as well as the salad. We paid 27€
✅The waitress was friendly and kind
✅They all have eyes on our table in case we finish some plate they rush to take it
✅The place was full but we ordered in a second and we paid very fast as well
I would recommend this place to anyone

Excellent fish food and very good price /quality. Always full of people with very good service from the staff but sometimes with a snobbish attitude. A place to have a nice time for lunch or dinner with fresh fish /seafood menus

It an excellent fish tavern always full of couples and family preffered for its delicious fish plates .you can choose from a wide range of meze with an excellent price/quality. Around 20 euros per person at most with full lunch cources!!!
