Reviewed By Sunitnikam555Convenient location. Found the hotel ideal for business travellers. Check in process was bit uneasy, as the key given didn't work initially in evening on 3rd June 22. But Ravindra at front desk was really helpful & polite. Glad that I got the chance to experience true spirit of hospitality & professinalism, which is hard to find nowdays. Big thanks to all the employees at the restaurant, the excellent housekeepers, the employees at poolside restaurant during morning breakfast, & front desk employees. wherever I went, i met people who were courtious & hospitable. Will surely love to visit the property during my next trip to Ankleshwar. P.S - Really appreciate the efforts taken by hotel to distract people from smoking in room. However my room #112 had light smoke smell, which even my colleagues experienced, but we didn't had much problem with it.

Reviewed By raghupathiHotel Monarch is touching highway. Surrounding locality is just okay. Hotel is not very posh from out side. But decent front desk and well uniformed staff. It seems to be renovated with good bathroom fittings. Quality of linen good. It was a good budget stopgap hotel for a day or two stay. Most people who visit are professionals in the Industrial area.Hotel room tariff very pocket friendly.I recommend Monarch. Scope for improvement is there. You can get good veg food nearby Hotel Prateen. Roads around the hotel though wide are poorly maintained by local administration.

Will recommend taking directions from the hotel before arriving . The rooms are fine, our stay was comfortable. They have a very nice garden. But there are lots of mosquitoes too.

Excellent budget hotel
Reviewed By 921suhasIt was my family tour of 5 adults and I have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel has sufficient parking space and it is near to the railway station. The hotel is very clean and the food quality is good. All my requests were met without any follow-up. Staff is very cooperative and polite. It has an excellent quality of wifi in the room.

Terrible Hotel Reception
Reviewed By NevilchristianPlease Meet Mr Zakir Patel at the Hotel reception - one the rudest guy !! Horrible way of speaking go to guest. He is very very rude. He should be fired from job or else he will one day make hotel go shut. I will never visit these hotel again just Becoz his bad behaviour.

Good and comfortable stay
Reviewed By CA_KedarI stayed for 1 Day at the hotel. Staff is very polite and humble. Hotel rooms are clean , neat , spacious. Even offer complimentary Toiletries , which was a total surprise. (Dental kit , Shoe shine , Bathing accessories etc.). Hotel also has in-room dining , as well as own restro as an option. Complimentary Break-fast was also good. 24 Hrs running hot water was an advantage on a winter day that I stayed. Linens were clean , Room was clean and well Designed as well , including a Desk for Working , Sofas to relax etc. Some Turn-offs - (Though its not Hotel's fault in any way.) Ankleshwar being mainly chemical Industrial Estate (what I was told) , there is a strange and pungent smell everywhere. Which was somewhat killing the total mood of stay in cozy room. People like me who are new to the place may feel dizzy and sort of gagging sensation all the time. But as I said its not HOTEL's FAULT. In all good stay Room 4/5 * Staff 5/5 * Food 4/5 * (Variety is vast however nothing special abt taste or preparation) Overall Stay Quality 4/5 Overall Sleep Quality 2/5 (due to the Smell of Factories around , even in AC room) Will I Recommend the Hotel - YES. Note : Almost all Bus/Travel pliers have their Stops/Offices within 500 Mtrs of Hotel , Hence preferable if you are travelling in wee hours. I checked in @ 4 in the morning. (And one more thing , 24 hr Checkout is available , which is awesome for industrial visitors like me !)
