This was a last minute reservation, our Airbnb cancelled on US last minute-needless to say, I will never book through them again!! Owner, Vincenzo was very accommodating. Hotel is small but special. Rooms are large, with balcony. Conveniently located steps from taxis, buses and shops. Breakfast consists of homemade croissants, breads, “sfogliatelle” made by the lovely SONIA!! She also makes great caffè, cappuccino. There were figs and fruit from trees on property. Everything is fresh. This was a PERFECT ending to a stressful situation...was meant to be. Highly recommend!!! Grazie!! P.S.NEVER book Villa Trullia in Capri-they are awful and almost ruined our vacation.

Costanzo was a great host, with very good tips and very available for rides to Capri. The closest bus station is 15 min by feet so be ready to walk :)

Antico Monastero is not a hotel or a guest house, it is our little and family run Bed and Breakfast in the heart of the historic center of Anacapri, where we will put at the disposal of our guests two suites and one standard room intimate and independent. Located in the former monastery attached to the church of San Michele Arcangelo, Anacapri, the B & B is a private and cozy nest in a very central location and unique charm.

Ana Capri is a bit quieter than Capri town and has a lovely charm. The chair lift from the centre goes to the top of the island with great views all around.

Reviewed By lfthornWe stayed for two nights at Il Sogono. I had requested two separate beds as I was traveling with a friend. There was a double bed in the room, but they immediately accommodated us and split the bed. We had a wonderful terrace with a nice view of the ocean. The location was ideal, just a few minute walk from the bus stop and the center of Anacapri. We thought Capri Town was too busy, so liked the quieter atmosphere of Anacapri. They provided a nice breakfast and the hosts were nice and helpful. I would stay there again. They also had an arrangement with a beautiful 5 star hotel down the street to allow guests to use the hotel pool. We did not use the pool, but it is a nice perk.

Il Paradiso di Capri is a new structure in Anacapri more precisely to 1.3 Km from Lighthouse Beach and 1.5 Km from the center of Anacapri. The bus stop is 150 meters from the property and in 2 minutes will take you to places of interest including the beautiful beach with its magnificent sunsets or the historic center of Anacapri. The Paradise of Capri has beautiful rooms of 20 square meters with a beautiful private terrace of as many square meters overlooking the Bay of Naples. The rooms have the floor of our beautiful waters of Capri including The Green Cave and The Blue Grotto and consist of a double bed, TV LED 32 '', air conditioning, mini bar, phone to the wall and wi-fi. Included in the price you can use the shuttle service for your check-in / out and breakfast. Upon your arrival you will be greeted by a welcome drink, a homemade limoncello or a traditional coffee. The staff is happy to provide a map and show you the places of interest.

As a B&B, there is a family feel here with the owners always helpful and solicitous. The main portion of the village of Anacapri is a five-minute walk; the bus to the town of Capri stops at the end of the drive leading to the B&B. Rooms are reasonably appointed, though the only window in ours was the sliding glass door that was also the only door out of the unit. The room was cozy, though small.

It became evident that if we flied to Naples I could lose the baby. I’d been dreaming of this trip for one year and to cancel it all now seemed like a disaster. But we simply had no other choice. I was sobbing wildly. A dream that wasn’t meant to come true... When I wrote this all to Stefania, she said that of course, due to last minute cancellation, they will lose everything. But still they decided not to take a cancellation fee. THEY REALLY DIDN’T CHARGE a Euro from my credit card!!! Can you actually believe this?! I still can’t! Moreover, they told us we can get a discount next time we’re visiting Capri. You know, when preparing for the trip I looked for lots of accommodation on Capri searching for the best value for money. I found Capri Dreaming to be the best. And now I see that it’s just EXCEPTIONAL. I hope so-so-so much one happy day we’ll come to Capri with our son. And a Dream will come true. The Cantinelle guest house is located in the heart of the historic center of Anacapri, now a completely pedestrian area that still retains much of its authenticity. The structure is composed of 4 rooms of different types, a garden and a patio in terracotta. The management is completely familiar, we are very keen to make our guests feel at home and especially to give them the chance appreciate the island as local do.

Paradise! Really!
Reviewed By craigziegWe spent nine days at Il Giardino dell’Arte and loved it. This was the second time we have stayed there and we have already booked for two weeks next year. The garden setting is beautiful, with a huge variety of flowers and fruit trees.The weather in May was perfect for being outdoors in the garden or on the terraces. The town of Anacapri is easily accessible by foot, which is good because it would be insane for any visitor to consider driving there, even if tourist cars were allowed on the island, which they are not. And fortunately, Franco and family, who own and operate Il Giardino, have arranged with several local restaurants to pick up hotel guests for transport to and from the restaurants. It’s a great service and we used it several times. I don’t believe that this is the only albergo that has agreements like this with restaurants on Capri, but it is a convenient perk for guests here. Others can describe the activities on Capri and Anacapri, of which there are many. We used our recent stay at Il Giardino to recover from our covid-enforced isolation in midwestern America. It was a lovely stay, but the best part of the stay was reconnecting with Franco, Raffaella and Aurelia, the father and daughters who run the hotel. It seemed like they truly could not do enough nice things for us. They were so attentive to our comfort. Franco was never so busy with his chores that he couldn’t sit down with us for a conversation in English or French (He speaks five languages!). This is a dream location for us. I’d like to go back annually as long as I’m able. I promise you, you will not regret planning a stay at Il Giardino dell’Arte. Grazie mille Franco, Raffaella and Aurelia! Arrivederci alla prossima!
