Reviewed By ButterflypostThere is the 100th Domino Store opposite.Thd Jacuzzi is excellent.I understand there is a jacuzzi in each room.I talked to the owner and he said he will improve one matter.All facilities are nearby.There are too many food shops nearby.The hotel is near Aeon Ampang.

Excellent Place but with limits
Reviewed By butterflypostageActually this hotel is well connected to Spectrum Shopping centre and movie hall.The hotel location is excellent.I had stayed at several rooms in this hotel.Each room has its advantage.The TV service is good.WIFI changes at each room.This makes it very funny.The hotel room key is metallic.I would recommend anyone to try this hotel.

Terrible hotel service
Reviewed By Ahmad FThis hotel has poor online booking system! Even receptionist cannot check guest's booking in details. I was there upon registration for two (2) guest room (even i was alone due to room availability). The receptionist (an old uncle) said that there was no room available for single or two at that moment and even blamed me not to check by phone with the hotel prior to book! Wtf. He asked me to refund and just let me waiting outside the hotel WITHOUT offering me any other room. I know there was still a room available coz i did check it again on9! What a frustrated experience especially after having a long journey using public transport and garb car.

OYO 192 Puteri Ampang Hotel is a nicely done property. It is located in Kuala Lumpur. The property is close to attractions like Darul Ehsan Golf Club, KLCC Park and the Petronas Twin Towers. Sungai Besi Airport is also close by. Special Features- The property has well-toned rooms with elegant furniture and large windows. The corridor is nicely painted and well-lit. The reception has an appealing modern look. Facilities- AC, TV, single beds and free Wi-Fi are there in the rooms and geysers are there in the bathrooms. The property also provides other facilities like card payment and CCTV security to its guests. Nearby- Best eateries nearby include Rama V, Ciao Ristorante, Levain Boulangerie & Patisserie, Fukuya and Nando's. Shopping mall nearby is the 1 Shamelin Shopping Mall.
Cheaplodging with minimal amneties
Reviewed By Salmah HA hotel situated in a shophouses buildings. Parking not free along the vacinity. No lifts. Have to walk up to 2 floor for 24 hours reception and another flight of stairs for accommodation. Fuhhhh. Water a bit yellowish and smelly in our room. But that what you get for cheap lodging. TV remote unusable. Aircon is good. Ampang Point Mall just opposite therefore traffic is hectic.

Lack of apartment facilities
Reviewed By DoublediamondThis was actually a downgrade from our original apartment booking with Expedia. The apartment building was very impressive looking and there are a lot of available facilities for guests to use. Check in to the apartment was relatively easy with no real problems. Security is very good and the apartment itself is very secure with a private elevator that will only take you to the floor when also tapping the key card on the scanner. The apartment was very clean and tidy and comfortable but unfortunately was lacking a few essential items. There were pots available for cooking but no frying pan. The TV was a very good size but no international channels available. There only seemed to be 13 local Malaysian channels. The only really good facilities in the apartment are the high speed internet and the air-conditioning. Apart from that we were not very impressed. There was an empty space where a washing machine should be where our original apartment booking had one. When we requested any items the service was a bit slow. We finally received our rubbish bags and frying pan about 2 days before check out. Facilities in this property were always very busy with too many rules and restrictions. After this experience we will be staying in a hotel rather than an apartment. We will not be booking with Expedia again as we have been seriously let down.
