Isolation at it's best!
Reviewed By Colette-GilAt first we were a little concerned about the isolated location of this property, but we quickly adjusted to it's benefits. Nestled above a valley, we were lucky to get one of the larger rooms with an enormous terrace overlooking the river below and the spectacular mountain range which envelops the area. The room was very large, with a well equipped kitchenette, dining area and fully renovated bathroom with shower. The Albergo is located in the village of Retrosi, which offers NO conveniences, only a quaint church and town square with fresh potable water running from it's fountain. The village of Amatrice is a few minutes away by car, where one will find all matter of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, gas stations and even a cinema. Would highly recommend the Albergo - what a treat it was to enjoy our morning coffee on that terrace!

Marisa e sua figlia sono simpaticissime e disponibili, le casette sono stupende e attrezzate in modo splendido. Erano 5 anni che mi mancava tornare a casa e quest'anno non avevo voglia di andarmene. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci
