Reviewed By Vinu1797Well, I have rated this Hotel 3 because there are certain below key points which I had observed during my visit: 1) Check In / Check Out was very smooth - 4 Ratings 2) Room Service was good. They were responding quickly to our requests - 4 Ratings 3) Food (Lunch/Breakfast) was not convincing at all, also it was overrated - 1 Rating 4) Pool - Even though it's pandemic period going on Hotels should always keep their vicinity clean and tidy as when we arrived at Hotel Pool was not clean at all - 1 Rating 5) Room was very clear and tidy - 4 Ratings One visiting this Hotel needs to take care of his Lunch/Breakfast/Dinner separately as you cannot rely for their food, otherwise this Hotel is good to go if not counted on Food & Pool.

Well there are manyyyyyy holiday homes in Alibaug where residents have converted their homes into resorts, hence giving us huge scope for quality with pricing, but it takes a hell of a time to search and decide which one to go with. We chose Shivanjali as our office batch had already visited the place. These residential places converted into resorts should not actually be rated/compared with star ? quality hotels but I will mention below the pros and cons for this property- PROS- 01. LOCATION- Awesome. Just 5 min walking and u will reach Awas beach. Awas beach is around 10km from Alibaug bus station. 02. Food- Yummy. Specialist in fish. One can enjoy the local cuisine at its best here. We had chicken and 3 types of fishes and tastes awesome. NOTE THAT food is included in room tariff, IE. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. 03. Rooms- Descent, Commode toilet, you can imagine being at your home, nothing more or less than that. 04. Amenities- swimming pool, changing and shower room, garden, liquor shop exactly at entry area, dining area. The best part here was that it took ONLY 5 mins to reach the clean Awas beach. This beach is less populated so one can enjoy openly over here. CONS- 01. ROOM SERVICE- No room service, you have to call them directly on mobile or meet in person if you need something. 02. Rates- For non AC, singles it's 1200 where 3 will need to occupy one room; couples it's 3000. For AC, it's 500 extra. I think this rates are high as compared to the service they provide. Even though the food is included in the package, still the rates are a bit high. 03. Visit points- Other than beach, no good place to visit from here. No market, no medical shops, etc CONCLUSION- All homes in this area provides same service, our stay here was good though, but if you have time, choose where u can save ur bucks without compromising on opportunity to taste local food.

Deepdaya cottage is situated 5 mins from Nagaon beach.It is full of enjoyment and relaxation where one can feel the change from everyday routine and a perfect place for family.The vicinity can be sensed through when you visit here once.

Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star. I confirm booking for 6 people on phone when I reached he said u have to adjust in one room bcoz we don't have other rooms. He is very agggressive person not handeling problems with customer. big loss

Malran is cottage having 4 attached rooms. Total 24 persons can stay. Malran having garden surrounded by Coconut, supari, Mango, Banana and other trees. 40 X 20 feet open hall to celebrate party, Birthday, Meetings, Wedding and other religious and cultural events. Both Veg and Non-Veg food available.

Very Very Far from actual Alibaug beaches
Reviewed By Yash SUsually I do not stay over in Alibaug as I am from Mumbai. This time around we friends had decided to stay over for two days. Found this hotel online and booked it because 1. it was cheap and 2. We all were only guys. The experience was dissapointing to say the least. Unclean rooms, unhygienic conditions. Also Since it was raining we asked them to change the bedsheets twice which they said would be charged extra! I would not advice this hotel for Families or couples. Go only if you are in a pinch and avoid if you can.
