Terrible hotel
Reviewed By Jaime PRooms basic, but clean enough. Needs updating as some paint coming off the walls. They only provide 1 x roll of toilet paper per day, so if you run out tonight luck. Breakfast is terrible, local food, cabbage and noodles for breakfast. Coffee has a greasy film on top. They don’t top up the breakfast dishes very often. Had to ask for the bread to be topped up. Only nice thing they provide is omelette and fried eggs They seem to heavily cater for Russian guests, as all the signs are in Russian. The reception staff look miserable and don’t seem to understand any English. The is a maids service phone outside our room that rings all the time, extremely annoying when your trying to sleep in the mornings. I would not stay here again.

Reviewed By Coffee C'Z BY ZING', is an honest place to stay, most particularly for the budget and location conscious, tourist spending time in lovely Jomtien Beach. I really enjoyed the flexible attitude to reasonable service requests, as well as the quiet acoustics and expanded space, in my studio room. It is an easy, flat, five (5) minute walk to the beach, with heaps of; dining, drinking, entertainment, shopping and spa places (see my YouTube), occupying the surrounds.

Decent budget hotel
Reviewed By 78stuartfBeach front Hotel in Jomtien. Good location, good value for money. I also got a free room upgrade to a pool view. But the hotel needs some modernisation. Room was a bit run down, they was a bit of a odd smell when I arrived in the room but to fair it did seem to go away after a bit. I had not a bad nights sleep and overall if you are on a budget not a bad place to stay.

Reviewed By Олисия МХорошее кондо. В пешей доступности от моря. Севен иллевен в соседнем доме. Охраняемая парковка, чисто и уютно. Есть балконы. Запаха канализации в ванной не было. Так что рекомендую тем, кто ищет жильё не на первой линии.

Reviewed By sunburn15Stayed 2 nights in a pool villa, the room was tastefully decorated and modern the bathroom had a shower cubicle so the bathroom was no soaked after showering. The bed was really hard like most in Thailand. No safe, no kettle, there was a fridge with free bottled water daily. The pool was nice never busy which was good because there was only 2 sun loungers at each end of the pool, location is beach front the beach is not the nicest in Thailand the sea looked dirty and rough so we stayed by the pool. Reception staff friendly and helpful although their is English was poor.

Bargain B&B that makes you welcome
Reviewed By Ian MGreat value bed and breakfast, a short walk from Jomtien beach. Friendly, helpful staff. The ad I read tries to capture the family atmosphere but perhaps overstates the facilities available. I expected to have easy access to a kitchen, maybe my misunderstanding. What it actually means is that you can use the only kitchen but this is often in use by others, so you would have to fit around them. On the other hand, I was able to use the washing machine – in fact my washing was done for me. Best to think of it as a bargain bed and breakfast hotel with extra benefits. On that basis, recommended.

Но даже на сколько я считала себя человеком без претензий, привыкшим отдыхать в бюджетных вариантах даже в Индии, условия проживания, грязь в номере и ужасное отношение к гостям просто поражает. Итак начнем с заселения - только после 14.00 до этого времени гуляй где хочешь. Номер у меня был без балкона. Окна выходили на улицу где в баре всю ночь до рассвета играла музыка и шумели посетители. Матрасы деревянные и неудобные. Постельное белье и полотенца сомневаюсь что стирают вообще. У подушек явно выраженный запах затхлости. После того как заплатила уборщице постельное белье поменяли на боле-менее чистое и полотенца выдали одинакового цвета. Однако у подушек запах все равно сохранился. Очень грязные окна и в ванной на стенах грязь и плесень. Убираются только за отдельную плату. Сейф не работает. Плюсы есть wifi, кондиционер, сушилка и работающий холодильник. Душ находился прямо над туалетом, пользоваться было катастрофически неудобно при этом намокало все что было в ванной. Расположение самого отеля в принципе достаточно удобное. Находится он через дорогу от пляжа, но место довольно шумное. Окна всех номеров выходят либо на дорогу, либо на 2 шумные улицы с барами и ресторанами. На ресепшене часто вообще отсутствует персонал, при том что отель открыт всегда и ключи рекомендуют хранить на ресепшене, дабы не потерять их, за что естественно придется заплатить. Депозит при заселении берут 2000 бат или 100$, при этом возникли проблемы при его возврате. В последний день пребывания за мной в отель зашел знакомый и за депозитом мы спустились вместе, что привело в ярость стоявшего там хозяина отеля. Оказалось что посетители запрещены и за это штраф 500 бат. Он долго отказывался возвращать депозит и при этом вел себя крайне агрессивно. Согласившись оплатить штраф, я от него выслушала много неприятных слов. После чего он вернул мне весь депозит, сказав что хотел этим меня наказать. Не знаю уж чем приличные, неконфликтные люди вызывают у руководства отеля такую реакцию, видимо потому-что там такие останавливаются крайне редко. Эпизод крайне подпортил и настроение, и карму. Подводя итог, основное что можно сказать про это место: грязные номера, ужасно пахнущее постельное белье, отсутствие обслуживания, шумное месторасположение, агрессивный хозяин отеля, непомерно большая сумма депозита и проблемы с его возвратом.
