Reviewed By larasN3459NPThe hotel asks for pcr or vaccine certificate upon arrival which is great for guests! Service is amazing, very caring and respectful. The animation team never sleeps! They are around all day and take care of everyone from children to older couples. The food was not superb but was ok for a 4 star hotel. It actually never stops from 7am to 9pm! The all inclusive bars are a blessing!! Would definitely go back!

Unfortunate surprise
Reviewed By rihab85I spent one week, it was my third stay after 2017 and 2018. The experience was overall bad, the service isn’t as good as it used to be although the team is doing his best but they are understaffed. The food quality was poor, almost same options every day. An AC outage lasted two days! Something I never experienced in any of the hotels I ever visited… What I liked: the efforts of the team to serve customers despite all difficulties (reception, barman, animation…) The administration is clearly putting no effort this year to care about its customer base.

Reviewed By marta_antonina_maThe hotel has many advantages, it's a good choice to spend your vacation. The hotel is located in a very good location, close to shops, restaurants and discos. Hotel clean, well-kept, rooms with a beautiful view of the sea and the swimming pool. Nice room, large, with a balcony. Sandy beach with lots of sunbeds. The swimming pool has a bar with friendly service. Staff always helpful and smiling. Food very good, everyone will find something for themselves. During the day, many animations around the pool, animators very nice, friendly, they are a big advantage of this hotel. We highly recommend, one of our favorite animations - Aqua aerobics with animator Simba, always smiling and funny, encourages everyone to participate. The evening animations last until midnight so you can't be bored. We recommend this hotel, we will gladly go there again.

Reviewed By Strike_rightThis hotel can safely be awarded the worst place in Djerba. This indeed a is a blot on the so-called heaven of Tunisia. Saw three rooms, all were with cockroaches and were stinking with burnt Aircons. No enough supplies. This is precisely a revers of money. Swimming pool otherwise clean, if you ignore the spits and coughs on another end- which was gross. IN hygiene, this hotel should be shut down by the government right away. Breakfast was pathetic, with very limited choices, we every day went to see and returned without taking it. The only consolation could be that staff was polite - but that's any way cultural here.
