Reviewed By Road17291196441It is a beautiful facility. The views, landscape, gardens, common areas and spa excellent. All the staff is well trained, very polite and professional. We had dinner at both the bistrot and the michelin restaurant which were both great. I would highly recommend this hotel and would like to go back at the harvest season

Reviewed By 715lievendThe estate is a particular but typical estate of the region. The L-shaped building hosts 6 rooms of which 2 with ensuite. In a separate building a small apartment is available. You can rent the entire estate, as for wedding stay-over, anniversaries with the family and/or management meetings. The rooms are decorated in 19th, early 20th century style. The host (Patrick) and hostess (Susanna) are wonderful people. You will feel welcome! It is also a recommended place outside the tourist season, for example during the white truffle exhibition in Alba (each weekend from October to end of November), during spring time and even for a break away in winter.

Dinner requires prior notice, so if you haven't managed (or didn't know) you're driving to the next town. Breakfast is solid (stolid), but unspectacular. After you've stayed in a number of B&B's you've had your share of crostatas and coffee in vacuum flasks. It was fine - simply not more than basic. Apparently they produce wine. It would have been nice to have been offered an aperitivo (happy to pay), and the chance buy their wine. Neither was offered. The pictures on the booking.com site feature vineyard views. Our view was a parking lot. To be clear - we were not happy. But one night in and out was sufficient.

Reviewed By Travel_MK501We passed Santo Stefano Belbo heading down to the Cote d'Azur. So we needed a plance to spend one night. We booked the room shortly before. It's situated in the mid of wineries. Although the owner doesn't speak any English it was a very nice and warm welcome. For 70€ we got a huge room with a bathroom and a proper kitchen in the new guest house - including breakfast the newxt morning. As we arrived very late (around 9pm) we were very happy that they served us a dinner. It was no choice, but it was excellent what to owner served to us. We had the option to get 6 courses, but 4 were enough. Well: Perfect place. We would come back without doubt!

Excellent stay in the middle of the vineyards!
Reviewed By OC1001Vigna Dell'Acqua is a big house with 8 brand new and fully equipped apartments, in a large garden within the vineyards. It is wonderful and very quiet! Everything is like in the pictures with fully refurbished building, common areas and apartments. The flat was very clean and everything in there as new. We had lots of extra pillows and blankets. Everything washed and protected in their original bags. We also had access to a washing machine. The garden and pool are cleaned every morning before 8 am. The garden is safe and big enough for the kids to play without disturbing anyone. There are some tables and gazebos for each apartment as well as a barbecue to have lunch or dinner outside. The swimming pool is very big and safely fenced with enough transats and parasols to accommodate everyone and respect social distancing. Location is great because it's close to San Stefano Belbo (3 min drive) for grocery shopping or restaurants but very calm since it's far enough from any other house or town. You could momentously park in front of the main building to drop the family or to empty the car. The parking is on the other side of the road which is 3min walk. There is always someone on site to help and the owner is very nice and reactive (in English as well) on what's app.

La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, potete contare su di lei per informazioni sul posto. Un valore aggiunto che voglio segnalare è la pulizia delle stanze, notevole! Anche la colazione è varia ed abbondante.

Cibo di ottima qualità e gentilezza del personale, che ci ha persino telefonato prima, per decidere se preferivamo il tavolo all'aperto o al chiuso visto il tempo incerto. Siamo stati nel patio esterno riparato. Eccezionale, con un bel prato per i bambini. Gnocchi al ragù per i bambini super, fatti in casa. Anche gli altri piatti assaggiati erano deliziosi. Anche l'ambiente interno è molto carino e curato. Super consigliato!

Reviewed By simococuPrenotiamo durante la fiera del tartufo d'Alba. Camera confortevole e personale disponibile e alla mano. Colazione assortita e con materie prime di ottima qualità con ottima vista sulla vigna, ambiente famigliare scaldato da un ottimo camino a legna. La titolare ci viene incontro quando le diciamo che rispetto alla nostra prenotazione una coppia di amici non avrebbe soggiornato per motivi di salute e ci propone un risoluzione economica adeguata, molto apprezzato l'atteggiamento.
