Reviewed By jjoIf you want to stay in Lake Misurina this may be the best option, but it's certainly not lodging to seek out. The hotel is positioned well for the classic view. The rooms, however, are very basic and the parking lot is very small. I couldn't find a space one evening and had to park nearby. Least pleasurable was breakfast. We are hikers to we like to have breakfast at 7:30 a.m. to get out on the trail. Both of our nights there were at least 2 tour bus loads staying there, who also wanted breakfast at 7:30 (one morning there was a line in the hallway just before 7:30 ) so you had to wait in line for coffee and the rather modest offerings at the breakfast buffet.

an amazing corner in the Italian nature
Reviewed By steve1oneMiralago is a very cute place on the Misurina lake , between pine, fir and larch forest but if you look higher you will see an amazing view of the Dolomite Alps mountain as Tre Cime of Lavaredo, Cadini, Sorapiss and Cristallo peaks.The service and the kindness of the staff will make you live a moment of pampering, perfect to detach your head and mind.Foods topic of this part of the North of Italy is great full of aromas and scents of nature. I spent time only for restaurant but I take a look of the facilities and room and all is pretty clean and you can feel how care the staff of Miralago use. I suggest it for relaxing moment weekend or just for breakfast, launch, dinner.

Reviewed By hugof915We came to the restaurant on the top of the cable lift and they said it was full and the kitchen was closed. So we asked if we could order a drink and we were told to do this ourselves as there was one person serving. We cleared our table ourselves to help in some way, and we ordered our drinks at the bar. After waiting some time we returned and saw that other tables were being served drinks by more than one waitress. Following on from this, we asked if the kitchen would be open soon and we were told no. Then we noticed a group who had arrived after us who were Italian, were served drinks and were allowed to order food. This place is a mess and ridiculous don’t come to the restaurant in the top with you are not Italian. Another couple beside us who were also from another country but spoke in English to the girl were also advised that they could not order and they gestured towards the other groups who had been served. Beautiful views, but Avoid this restaurant. The service is horrible.

Reviewed By justin wBest hotel in Misurina due to the family that runs the hotel. Rocco is a very welcoming host and directly makes you feel at home. Rooms are very comfy. The breakfast is nice and ideal to kickstart your day! Ps: Ask Rocco for some homemade grappa!

All rooms are recently renovated. The restaurant has 3 rooms with fireplace and the classic stube, ideal for romantic dinners and groups. We are the first hotel under the Tre Cime di Lavaredo.

Reviewed By Quest09085263498Good vista - incredibly bad services The service were incredibly poor and the food was average at it’s best. We ordered 2 aperol spritz and had to wait 20 minutes for it. After they got back to us (because we asked them about the drinks) they brought the drinks in some dirty glasses! We told them right away about it and the waiter told us that for him it does not matter if we want our glasses changed or not “for me is the same, what else do you want?” then proceeded with talking in Italian (swearing us) and left. Felt truly tensioned and would never recommend this place. I regret coming and paying for this below below below average services.

Reviewed By LucyRKWe visited Lago Misurina in low season. It was very quiet and found it very enjoyable. Hotel Lavaredo is a typical 'tyrolese' type family owned hotel. It is located on the lake, with a beautiful view that was surrounded by mountains. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pretty lake and the mountains. We booked a superior room, and were very pleased to find the space very adequate. The beds very comfortable. The bathroom was spectacular. Recently renovated bathroom had a big walk in shower, was very spacious, had excellent lighting. Nice soaps. The restaurant was closed during our stay, we ate next door.
