Reviewed By 78darrelwA good place to stay. As already has been said, safe secure parking, clean rooms, staff were friendly and helpful. There was a breakfast available but I was only interested in the coffee. It is a 10 min walk to a Wal-Mart where you can get anything from groceries to clothing. I highly recommend the restaurant next door. I will stay here again next time I pass through.

Reviewed By Marta EI walked here from the bus station after my ride from Ciudad Juarez. IT was very clean with security and front desk welcoming me. I was given a nice comfortable room on the first floor that also had good wifi. No fridge or microwave though, but that is ok..since I intended to eat out anyway! The restaurant is open and the food is delicious. I would like to thank Karla, the restaurant hostess, for taking me to Panteon de Dolores to see if I could find my mother's ancestors. More importantly, she showed me Pancho Villa's historical grave. A lot of buses run here to and from downtown, but I took a taxi since they are not too expensive anyway. I just walked to the Bus Station to get one since I know they are there all day and nite. Many stores like Oxxo, Farmacia Guadalajara, Pemex, and a small grocery. I saw a couple of banks to withdraw money but they are walking distance

Papás que tengan bebes porque sus cunas NO cuentan con colchones (esperen recibir la recomendación de usar una cobija por parte de la recepcionista o de solicitar devolución para que cambien de hotel) 2. Personas que NO son sensibles a la luz porque sus cortinas no cubren completamente el marco de la ventana y por lo tanto, la luz del exterior a media noche es parte de la decoración de la habitación. 3. Personas con problemas de escucha, porque los aparatos de refrigeración son ruidosos a pesar de ser equipos relativamente nuevos. 4. Personas exigentes, porque tanto las almohadas como las toallas son de adquisición de segunda mano. 5. Personas que NO les guste recibir muecas, gestos y antipatía por parte de la recepcionista mientras pasen por el lobby. 6. Y por último, personas que NO puedan cargar sus maletas y caminar por el callejón sin ayuda de un "botones" o un "guardia" del hotel. Sus estacionamientos se encuentran ubicados en bodegones externos al edificio. Para todos los demás, este es el hotel ideal sin lugar a dudas.

Reviewed By TetepetMuy bonito hotel. Todo caracterizado con temas de Doroteo Arango. Muebles y decoración antiguo. Solo que en nuestro cuarto el baño olía muy mal y tuvimos una almohadas muy duras. Nos toco la habitación Pancho Villa con un balcón con vista a la calle. Un poco ruidoso por los autos qué oasan afuera

Buen estilo, las habitaciones cómodas y con todos los servicios. El restaurante con desayunos con un buen sabor.

Reviewed By Paul GWhere to start. Elevator not working. Receptionist admitted it has only worked for 2 days out of the last 3 years. I’m fairly fit but lord knows how others would cope with carrying a 25kg bag up to the 4th floor?! The so called gym consists of a spin bike with 1 pedal, a flimsy cross trainer held together with tape and a toy multi gym with tangled cables. I gave up. Most concern was the constant chirp of several smoke detectors indicating the batteries needed changing. Breakfast was basic. Certainly not the BEST Western.

A three and not four star hotel. Reasonable prices. Needs improvement
Reviewed By Luis HI spent two nights at the Hotel Adriana, a three and not four star hotel as they claim. I requested a quiet room but the one they gave me for the first night was not quiet at all so I requested a change for the second night. It was better but I realized that they lack standards, like one related to the kind and number of towels that every room must have. The same happens with lighting: some rooms have a bed lamp. Some others don’t. In one of the rooms I found hairs in the shower. Price is quite reasonable.The hotel has an underground parking and is located in downtown, with shops and restaurants all around. Food is simple but acceptable and also with reasonable prices. Staff is ok.

Very hard mattress, choice a different restaurant!
Reviewed By Maria SWe spend just one night in this place due to the mattress. It really was like a stone! the bathroom it was dirty on the shower and the floor, we didn't sleep well. They offer breakfast buffet, but they serve in our plates just a spoon o food, we didn't feel free to get more food, also it was cold and not the best. Also we went to the restaurant at dinner they take so long to bring the food and it was no good and kind of old. So we decided go to another Hotel to finish our trip in that city.
