They became our friends by the end of the trip and always had our best interest! I stayed here for 6 days with 16 people and we couldn't speak higher of this place. If you are traveling in Tulum and dont want to pay the crazy beach prices STAY HERE!!!!!

Very peaceful hotel
Reviewed By sunworshipper2010My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at the Jungle Lodge. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Very responsive on WhatsApp and plenty of communication prior to check in made for a smooth service The room was beautiful and exceeded expectations, very large villa with our own private plunge pool which we made the most of. The aircon worked well, and the black out blinds made for a good night sleep. Very peaceful hotel. The hotel has bikes for hire which we used a lot to explore the nearby beaches and cenotes. We also booked various excursions via the hotel including the ATV quad biking which is a very short drive away. The food and cocktails were very tasty- highly recommend the Thai green curry and ceviche. We were also very lucky and saw some amazing wildlife including pumas, bird of paradise and a snake! Only downside is due to the location there are 100’s of mosquitoes and I got eaten alive. I note this isn’t the hotels fault but more of a note to remember insect repellent if you’re planning a stay!

Family vacation for two weeks during Christmas 2019
Reviewed By danielrZ6929GUWe (five pax) decided two stay at jungle riviera for two weeks because of its location in the middle of the forest. The stay truly met our expectations as it was in the middle of the forest and the host Alberto did everything to make our stay as perfect as possible. We rented two apartments at the second level and with the well equipped kitchen we could cook meals every night. The location (in the middle of nowhere) basically require a car to explore the hidden (or not) gems of Yucatan peninsula. However, the beach is easy accessible across the pedestrian bridge and you have a few restaurants in Chemuyil. The pizza restaurant served its purpose well during a rainy evening! All in all: +++ location/privacy ++ hospitality/service + nature/surroundings Only thing was the pool which was too cold to use due to having protection above to keep it clean. It meant that the sun was unable to warm up the pool. However, it fulfilled it’s purpose more than having a cup of coffee in the morning! :)

We have spa, Temazcal ( natural steam room ), pool, gym, beatiful lobby living center, we also offer a really experience through the jungle nor the rooms have AC, Cable Tv. We garanties a very good sleep. Enjoy a drink, a hamacas, smoke, chill.

Reviewed By Road41378247476Sí quieres tener la experiencia de hospedarte en un glamping esta es una buena opción, ya que los glamping del lugar está en buen estado, buen aire acondicionado y la cama cómoda, sin embargo, las áreas comunes están muy abandonadas y descuidadas, por todos lados hay ojas secas que se ve que no las barren desde hace mucho tiempo y hasta basura puedes encontrar en el lugar, como pueden apreciar en la foto, las fuentes igual llenas de hojas secas, los sillones de área comunes llenos de polvo. Y esto te da la sensación de estar en un lugar con poco mantenimiento. El precio con relación a lo que ofrece el lugar no lo vale y eso que nos dieron un precio promoción, aun así no vale lo que se paga con todo y el descuento. Es una lástima porque si el lugar estuviera con buen mantenimiento y bien atendido tendría mucho potencial pero su realidad es otra. Además de que es una mentira la alberca que te ponen en las fotos de la página web del lugar porque no está dentro de las instalaciones, sino fuera en una casa enfrente. Por lo que cobran deberían de ofrecer un lugar más limpio y con correcto mantenimiento.

The floor-to-ceiling windows fill the indoor spaces with natural light while providing a nice view of the trees surrounding us. - 3 Studio Apartments. - 1 Loft. - 1 two-bedroom Apartment. - 1 three-bedroom Penthouse. Guest access: - Plentiful open areas surrounded by nature. - Palapa with wooden tables and mosquito net. - Pool. - Plunge pool shared with neighboring houses. - Grill. - Bicycles. - Friendly staff willing to help you.

Aquí está nuestra reseña de esa visita. “Nos alojamos en este oasis en la jungla durante un mes y realmente disfrutamos nuestro tiempo. Alejandra, nos recibió personalmente en la propiedad y nos dio el recorrido completo, explicando todas las instrucciones necesarias para el penthouse, las bicicletas, la casa de baños y las piscinas. A nuestra llegada había 2 bolsas de hielo y 6 botellas de agua fría que apreciamos mucho. También hay un sistema de filtración de agua instalado en el fregadero, así como una olla de filtro de agua ecológica adicional en la encimera. Hay un montón de utensilios de cocina de calidad para la estufa de gas, así como tazones para servir para preparar comidas grandes de estilo familiar. Las camas son muy cómodas y las sábanas son de alta calidad. Hay suministros de primeros auxilios y repelente de insectos si olvida el suyo... pero en realidad no encontramos muchos insectos en agosto, tal vez sean peores en otras épocas del año. María ha pensado en todo para que tu estancia sea cómoda. Hay velas para la piscina privada de agua fría y el área de comedor con barbacoa. Ella proporciona toallas de baño y de playa. Como visitantes que visitan la zona por primera vez, la cantidad de opciones de alquiler en la Rivera Maya es absolutamente abrumadora... La estética del diseño moderno de Casa de María y las comodidades, como el jacuzzi privado en la azotea y la piscina tipo cenote que se comparte con la propiedad vecina, nos atrajeron. en y después de explorar Playa y Tulum el día después de nuestra llegada, quedamos aún más satisfechos con la ubicación. El pintoresco pueblo de Chemuyil está muy cerca del penthouse, puedes caminar o andar en bicicleta y tiene todo lo que necesitas, una panadería, varios restaurantes (locales y expatriados) y pequeños minimercados para conseguir provisiones en caso de que no quieras hacer el viaje de 12 millas. a Tulum ... Casa Del Maria está justo al otro lado de la carretera de una playa increíble La comunicación de todos los involucrados con esta propiedad fue de 5 estrellas desde el momento en que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Jordito, el residente en el lugar, el mantenimiento y la seguridad, fue muy amable y servicial. Cuando hubo un problema con el WiFi, María se puso al tanto de inmediato. Ella ha puesto mucho cuidado en este lugar y se nota” Tuvimos la oportunidad de regresar para una estadía de 8 días en abril de 2022 en el condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños y fue encantador. Alquilamos un auto en nuestro primer viaje de alquiler de autos Easyway y este viaje, Alex recomendó a una amiga personal, Fabiola, que tenía tarifas aún mejores. Nuevamente disfrutamos del hermoso condominio, las piscinas, las bicicletas gratuitas, la vida silvestre y la tranquilidad de la propiedad Jungle. Nos encanta ir de compras al Chedraui en Puerto Aventuras, a solo 11 minutos en auto. Tienen una maravillosa panadería y charcutería donde puedes comprar tortillas recién hechas y pollos rostizados por menos de $8.00 usd para una comida rápida y fácil. Los productos allí son de excelente calidad ya un precio razonable. Aceptan tarjetas de débito/crédito y también tienen varios cajeros automáticos dentro de la tienda. Descubrimos varios restaurantes nuevos en Tulum, así como acceso gratuito a la playa en el Gran Bahía Príncipe. El Wi-Fi fue más que adecuado para nuestras necesidades y transmitió Netflix fácilmente, aunque no esperábamos ese tipo de velocidad. Honestamente, no podemos decir suficientes cosas buenas sobre el propietario y su equipo. Son personas excepcionales que realmente se preocupan de que sus huéspedes tengan una estadía increíble.
