Reviewed By cinnamon1953First I booked Dongsheng Hongfu Hotel but they say air conditioning system was out during check in. Then I called the booking site to change to another. This inn was not big but I knew as I had already stayed the same chain inn in Urumchi. The room was quite enough and clean with all facilities working good. I liked this modern and simple room better than old ones. Staffs don't speak English like other hotels but helpfull.

Reviewed By Kadiland88The room was clean, quiet, at normal temperature. Breakfast was local, with several options, and tasty. Staff was welcoming though not fluent English, helpful in booking additional nights. Visit from friends went smoothly with no additional procedures required.

The best option in the area
Reviewed By Jay BIt is a large 4 star hotel, serving Chinese guests primarily - no foreigners were to be seen while there. My room was spacious and clean. Had a problem with the door lock and some minor plumbing issues in the shower, but otherwise the equipment was in working order. Breakfast was nothing to write home about (all Chinese dishes) but they do serve coffee. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and many local street-side restaurants nearby. It seems to be the best hotel in the area, and the price is more than fair. The only thing which was a bit odd was a red helicopter sitting in the hotel parking lot outside my window...
