Marmida’s farm house is located in Western Sardinia, at south-east of the Oristano’s Gulf, a few miles from the sea and the Costa Verde’s unspoilt coast , rich of sandy shores where dominate Piscinas dunes, which offer a special charm to the coast.The farm house was established in 2005 and it complete the existing agricultural activity.

Reviewed By RebeccaRyeWe loved our stay at Casa Marmida! It's a charming place with friendly dogs, farm animals and wonderful hospitality. We were a group of 4 and stayed 6 nights half-board. Accommodation was very comfortable, spacious rooms, with front terraces, showers with excellent water pressure! Evening meals were divine, Andrea is a talented and creative chef. In a place where tradition predominates, Andrea’s innovative approach really stands out. Each evening every dish was a stunning combination of flavours, beautifully balanced, such as chocolate with bitter orange and salt. Heavenly! Two of us do not eat meat, which can be tricky in Sardinia, but Andrea very kindly created vegetarian primi and secondi for us. Viviana at front of house was very welcoming and knowledgeable, and gave us great recommendations for wine. She also urged us to go walking on the Giara di Gesturi, which was an unforgettable experience. Grazie a tutti, speriamo a presto.

Very clean place with friendly hosts
Reviewed By HoekLensWe stayed here one night while passing through the area. Place is very tidy and proprietors do their very best to make you feel comfortable. Our lack of Italian was no major bother in our interaction. Breakfast was well taken care of with the typical Italian style ingredients. The place is very busy with all kinds of add ons to make it look nice. We did get the impression that all rooms in the building share the same single bathroom. In our case no issues as we were the only guests.
