We visited Nash and his store at the end of May by chance walking around Maho on our first night on the island. He and his staff were knowledgable and helpful. With a registered gemologist on staff, you can feel secure in your purchase. Prices were incredibly reasonable. We purchased a ruby ring set in rose gold with diamonds. Stunning. It was resized in and ready before we left the island. Sonny, Flauvia and Andy are just lovely people and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend their store. Prices are excellent and customer service impeccable.

Stopped by here after seeing the Holey Bartenders' video on Youtube about how to make a Whiskey Sour, in which they mentioned they worked here, and I absolutely loved it! Great drinks at a reasonable price, awesome live music, and a pool table in the back! What more can you ask for? My go to spot on the island.

For those with an adventurous spirit, you have to visit the world famous Malo Beach. I wanted to experience the close landing jets and more importantly the jet blast of takeoffs...a bucket list item! Powerful blasts are few and far between since many were hurt and from what we heard, some killed. We waited several hours and saw many low flying jets. As for take-offs: We knew we were in for a trouble when the pilot waived at us as he readied the jet for take-off. He gave full thrust and we were instantly tossed like rag dolls. Apparently this does not happen often any longer since some died. “Get hammered by a jet engine at the St. Marteen airport blast fence ✔️.” Overjoyed!

Ate lunch at sunset bar and grill while watching planes at Maho beach. Good food and good drinks. My wife and I split the nachos, and they were delicious. The bar had WiFi, so we were able to access a flight tracker to monitor what planes were coming and going. The surf board that they write the plane arrivals on did not have all the large planes on it, and none of the island hoppers.
