Took 5 12 year olds to paintball. It was arranged short notice and easy to do. Polite and professional to ensure the boys got into the correct slot and payment was easily done. Arrived and we were not disappointed. The boys were given all the equipment and a really good briefing. The staff were always on the course with them and available to advise with clear instructions. The venue is huge, lots of battle zones with different structures to use. Extremely well organized and a great afternoon, very good value for money. Definitely recommend it for others, as it also has a low impact version for younger kids. Perfect for parties

We visited today 30/10/2020. This was my first ever visit and my daughter came about two years ago. We were able to do our safety waiver online and access the establishment at our set time. Our server, Tommy was really informative and helpful. Suggesting what my 2yo & 4yo could go on and the new rules set due to covid. We entered, had a ton of fun and had lunch. The cafe was clean, spacious and comfortable. After lunch we headed back to pay for an extra hour. Whilst waiting to pay, my son was faffing around and hurt himself. Bleeding and crying, Tommy stepped up with cloth to help with the bleeding. I paid in a fluster and was given an extra tag as we were half an hour into paying for an extra hour. Meaning we could do 1:30 to 2pm, or 2-3pm. He gave me both to cheer up my plonker so he could get back into the pits. There is so many members of staff who also helped me within the centre. Both children kept going in different directions and staff were clicking onto this. Meaning they were not only looking after the children in their area, but keeping an eye out for me to see when I began worrying. Thankfully, this only happened twice in our 2-3 hour stay. It’s sooo easy to lose excited children, so I found! So many members of staff to supervise and make it fun for all ages. They have patience like saints! But I’m very, very thankful to everyone. Thankfully, no lasting effects with my son, just a fat lip and he’s milking it for all it’s worth at home. I hope Tommy sees this and knows that his kind deed really hasn’t gone unnoticed. Being a parent on your own to two children with different personalities (and listening skills), it’s really hard work. And your kindhearted help really made our first visit even more fun. We will definitely be returning next weekend! Happy Halloween to the whole team!
