A wrong choice of hotel
Reviewed By bimachoudhuryThe hotel lacked very basic things - maintenance and cleanliness. Washroom was not clean at all, bathroom fittings were rusty, dirty and not maintained. A/C rooms had non-functional A/Cs, light panels were not working, bed sheets were not clean. In short, whatever could go wrong, it DID! Well, I know it is a very basic and budget hotel so i didn't expect much, just clean sheets, clean and well maintained bathroom and I know this is not too much to ask for but I was totally disappointed. Will never ever visit again !

Reviewed By skjsr1. ac not working 2. balcony they never clean 3. room cleaning poor 4. room service poor 5. manager posted at counter worst non co-operative 6. swimming pool not cleaned 7. tv not working 8. being 3 star they don't provide anything in room and bathroom 9. they have same gravy preparation for fish,paneer, chicken etc 10. price for food is to high in comparision with others 11. don't believe on photo and post on internet all false 12. staff members are not co-operative 13. took 2hrs to prepare bill inspite told to prepare 14. no one to bring your luggage down 15. so finally never visit this hotel....its worst

Post Lockdown 2 nights family trip
Reviewed By sumansaha13Stayed two nights here, excellent view from room and balcony. Staffs are helpful, food quality is also good. Rooms are clean and sanitized. In Reception Mr Uday is a nice person always ready to help. Will comeback soon...

Very arrogant staff.. Not good for family stay
Reviewed By mosukhIn month of August me along with my two friends book this hotel online.once we reached the hotel, they have allocated 3 rooms as per booking but out of three 2 rooms are in pathetic situation. Window broken and washroom flash not working. When we asked to change the room they refused saying that no room available start arguing with us. When we checked the hotel was empty that day.. Then again we requested to change they are not accepting our request and stared arguing with us. After lot of negotiation they finally ready to change the room. The food served in hotel was pathetic and in breakfast there cook did not turned up so they served half cooked and pathetic. Not recommended for family stay

Worst experience one can have
Reviewed By Kajal PFirst of all....let us know pros....and there is none coz there are many hotels and resorts located at the same place!!!.....now comes the cons: 1) they booked our room at 2400 per night for AC room and gave us non AC room saying room was not available though we had already paid in advance,which means,they already had the payment and still gave us knowingly non AC room for the first night. 2) when after a fight, we asked to refund, they were not ready to refund.moreover asked us to adjust for one night which we did coz with a small kid, we couldn't roam around here and there for room. 3) next day they shifted us to AC room but did not provide us towels which actually every hotel provides. One towel which was given in non AC room, they asked us to carry that with us or won't be given any. 4)they do not have milk for toddlers and do not even care to arrange even if u pay them. When buy it from market, they will charge u Rs 30/ everytime you ask them to boil the milk.....and whenever they serve u they will add 30rs in your bill just for boiling. 5) now comes food, pathetic food.not cooked properly.last two days they denied food to us saying cook was not there.it was raining heavily and in that we had to move out with our 3 year old son to eat.they did not even care to arrange food for us when we were the only guests at their hotel. 6) cleaning of rooms done only when u check in and check out.u will get rooms cleaned but they will not clean your room any day after u check in.they dont even care if u ask them to. 7) no extra facilities given.no one sits at the reception at night.its like u r alone at ur own risk at an unknown place. 8) this is not a resort....its a normal house furnished like a hotel with no facilities available for guests.its total waste of money.though this hotel was rated high on some sites, but I advice u to go for an option like pay at checkout.dont pay in advance.there are many resorts available at this place like Sana beach resort, sea star etc. At the same price, u can get best resorts instead of this hotel. 9) i am attaching pics of the hotel.it has a small one floor built in building for kitchen and staff for sleeping.let me tell u this that the kitchen is rarely used by them and the other room is always used by them.u will always find them sleeping. 10) this hotel has 8 rooms only approx and rarely people check-in in this hotel.means....not a good hotel to stay.dont get fooled by the paid review seen on other sites!!!
