A unique experience!
Reviewed By Pia_Dia_PiaLa Casa Del Fotografo is a place you can not find anywhere else! There are only two rooms for rent but they are unique and just in the center of Lucca’s old town. Here you can sleep in a real photographers studio; among the usual studio equipment, but same time in a very cosy and modern livingroom. The owner is planning to do a whole hotel but so far he rents only these two rooms. There was a good wifi but no television. The toilet and the showers were brand new and there was also a small fridge and microwave oven. This is for you if you appreciate room with personal style. The only negative thing was that the sounds from room to another were heard too well.

Reviewed By Derek WWe stayed at B&B Posta Gattaiola in May 2017. The owners were charming and the room was very clean and comfortable. We visited Lucca and found it to a most interesting town all in all we had a wonderful stay.

Reviewed By N5924LPnadinedDéjà il faut le trouver, même les voisins ignorent son existence et à part le N°de la rue, il y a une plaque de la taille d'une carte de visite... personne n'est sur place, il fait toujours téléphoner pour que quelqu'un vienne pour la remise des clefs ou par les rendre. Maison transformée en chambres d'hôtes mais c'est vieillot et pas très sympa.

Scary place to stay
Reviewed By nickyboy130I had expected to stay and feel safe, after all we had already spoken to the owner prior to flight to ensure my arrival was speedy and safe. I arrived just after 9pm and had to wait over 30 minutes even though I was assured someone would be there, outside in the dark when 2 men arrive demanding I pay EURO 20 to enter my room and I found the room with a stale smell and no one there to see me to my room or at check in, in the morning, it was time to leave after I felt unsafe as a lone female I made arrangements to stay in a hotel.
