Located in Maison Monnet’s former cooperage with over 220 different cognacs, Le 1838 is a fabulous classic cocktails bar with a beautiful collection of cognacs from famous and small houses. Creativity is showcased through a selection of cocktails, which evolve and change with the seasons, but also by a desire to create subtle and tailor-made cocktails, "à la minute" for a unique tasting moment. Jazz live every Fridays and Saturdays evening.

A group of us visted here last week for cocktails and were really impressed. Great cocktails, really friendly staff and a lovely bar. The hotel looked great and had a few restaurants, and having experienced the bar we must check out the food next.
