Reviewed By PETERPNYCJust spent a wonderful 5 days here for the Easter Weekend. The service was exceptional starting with Amanda at the front Desk who brings a more Westernized approach and reality to The still Nascent tourism of SPARTI . As I have said many times in regards to 5 Stat Hotels , the proof of their worthiness , is in how they handle mistakes , that unfortunately are always made . There was a slight mistake that was rectified by Amanda with the professionalism this Hotel deserves . Vasiliki was also extremely healthful through your stay . A shout out to Vasili the Portier for his Smiling attention to us thru the check ins and outs . The wait staff at the breakfast were spectacular. Also the Food served at the midnight meal and Sunday Pool Buffet was really superb . I have probably forgotten the names of Staff that were also excellent . If time allows , I will return in the next week to enjoy the relaxing Holistically Healthy environment this Wonderful Hotel provides !

A nice hotel at a convenient location.
Reviewed By CaliTexan22A nice hotel at a convenient location. We stayed in one of the buildings a block off of the plaza. It was quiet. The room had two queen size beds, but a smaller than expected bathroom. Everything worked well, except for the WiFi, which was always sporadic and marginal, despite having a number of access points. The restaurant was OK, but not significantly different than other places.

Very nice property, excellent service
Reviewed By PremiumFlyer74Stayed here for 2 nights during our Peloponnese trip. Hotel is in the village of Mystras, some 5km from Sparta, regional capital. We had rental car and parking is free, you just ring the bell and they will park your car in the garage. Upm arrival, there was simple saliva Covid19 test, and check in was done in some 10 minutes. As Hyatt Globalists we were upgraded into executive room, which was nice, roomy, clean and very comfy. Shower had incredible water pressure, bed was on the harder side and very comfy, my back never had any issues there. Spa is fantastic, wife had nice treatments, and we both had lovely swim inside and outside. Breakfast is served inside or outside and you can choose plenty of items from a small menu. The only suggestion I would have is to devote more attention to details; for instance, we were told that we can use massage options in the inside pool, but non of them actually worked, but this in minor compared to overall excellent service and hard product. Would surely return!

Reviewed By 796helenelReally great hotel! Location can't be beat - right in the center of town. Good size rooms, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. We would definitely come back to this hotel!

Castle View is located in Mystras a short walking distance from the Byzantine archeological site. Surrounded by olive and mulberry trees under mount Taygetos, Castleview is in harmony with its natural surroundings Castleview is 250 kilometers from Athens, about 6 kilometers from the center of Sparta, approx. 1 kilometer from old Mystras with its wealth of knowledge, both historical and cultural and only about 500 meters from the village of new Mystras. The village is a traditional - more than 20 centuries old - village, where someone can stroll the cobblestone streets and sit in one of the many cafes for a cup of greek coffee or an ouzo.

Our room was quite compact but well equipped with a kettle etc. The room would have been a little small with large luggage and storage was limited. The pool was lovely if a little cold. There were ample sun beds and a pleasant bar area next to it. The breakfast was good - juice, coffee, eggs and pastries. The owners were very accommodating. Mystras is gorgeous and is a ten minute walk away. The castle is amazing.

Reviewed By Yam BThe villa is newly renovated and is colorfull and very cozy and warm, the host, Joanne, is an amazing host and knows everything there is to know about the region and what to do and where to go, the views from the balcony are insane, and nature is all around you, a very very unique experience!

La proprietaria è molto gentile, ci ha aspettato al nostro arrivo nonostante fosse più tardi del previsto, e ci ha dato tante indicazioni utili per esplorare la zona . Il paesino è un piccolo gioiello. Ci torneremo!
