There are HIG bazaar and foodcourt too in front of the hotel. The staff is polite and friendly. The room is clean. Overall is ok and nice to stay.

The motel is very basic, and the only good thing about it was the king sized bed. Reception had no maps of the area and no information on tours. TV had no clear channels, and wifi was slow and often disconnected. Would not stay here again.

Very convenient as laundry shop just down of the building and nearby restaurant, thai street, night entertainment, theme park just opposite..Room are exactly same as pictures. Reviewed By zuhri93i do a reservation for 2 days 1 night,,i make a booking from booking.com..because of my work need to rush any where,,so i cancel my booking for 2 days to 1 day 1 night,,firstly the reception guy not accept,,mention that i need to pay for 2 day..after she call daughter and make some discustion..she accept that i just pay rm5 because 1 week before i already make a deposit..good service like a 5 star servise,try to say yes..excellence!!i really enjoy to stay..good location and nearby fron jetty,pekan kuah and food shop..i feel safe to stay there becauce a lot of people around there..in my experience as 5 star hotel employee..i think your room is very clean..but need to upgrade your room..for example bath room,you need to prepare full amenities..

I walked to the ferry terminal and back to buy my ticket back to Penang. Still no-one there at 1:45pm. At 2pm a girl carrying loads of cleaning stuff arrived. Apparently they clean and handle reception duties. She was apologetic (maybe management should pay for a bell or a pager?) and I got checked in. The room was fine for the money. The aircon worked well. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. The wifi was good all evening but wasn't working in the morning. The shower was cold no matter what I did. The towels were worn. Management should pay for new towels. They don't do breakfast these days. I preferred the Seri Mutiara
