Nice stay
Reviewed By PetraB1824Nice hotel for reasonable price. The staff is friendly and helpfull. The food was tasty and for children there was a choice of several dishes. Only the ski room has to be improved and changed. The ski room is not heated and it was impossible to lock door during a day. We were afraid to leave ski equipment there and we prefered to have our ski locked in the car.

Amazing autumn stay
Reviewed By jeppec2014Absolutely fantastic place. We went in October week 42 and had the all inclusive stay. The food served was great with a reasonable selection. Clean rooms nice pool. Can't say anything about the spa or wellness since we did not use it. On our stay the place was nice and quite as it is off season for skiing. There is plenty of hiking trips just outside the hotel and the nature is absolutely stunning in the autumn. We brought our 2 kids aged 4 and 6 and they were able to many of the trails together with us. On the all inclusive deal you either get a lucnh packet or a meal in the restaurant between 12.30 and 14.00. The lunch packet is fine and will keep you going until the evening dinner is served.

Reviewed By Erinn78Nice hotel in a lovely location with stunning views. Helpful and competent young staff. Indoor and outdoor trampolins with a more than adequate kids room. Clean and well kept room with efficient shower big enough bunk bed for the kids. Good communal areas. I would say that one of the strongest point was definitely Astrid the chef!!! Good variety of healthy and fresh food with typical dishes always on the offer. We had all inclusive treatment: Breakfast 8-10am good choice of continental and italian style, we always chose packet lunch and more than once enjoyed the free drinks and cakes from 4pm. Dinner was from 7 to 9, vegetables and desserts buffets.

6 flights of stairs and no lift!
Reviewed By shantifairyOn the plus side of this place: Hotel is very close to the slopes, apartment was quite clean but the stairs to get to it were dirty 3 days out of 4 we stayed. Bathroom and sheets were clean. Nice view of the mountains On the minus side of this place: We had the studio apartment on the top floor and there is no lift so extremely uncomfortable! There is only one roll of Toilet paper provided so bring your own as the mini market in the village is super expensive and when I went to the reception to ask for more they said no. No maid service in the apartment. Also no washing up liquid nor sponde provided. The furniture is dated, definitively needs a breathe of fresh air! Thin walls we could hear the neighbours all night every night. Pillows are ridiculously thin and the mattresses are two different hight. Some plugs worked some did not. There is a hair dryer but no adaptor so you have to go to the reception to ask for it and they are a bit skeptical about it.
