A lot needs to improve
Reviewed By sarmapranameeThere is a thing with Assam, when something is set up to work, it is set up not to please but just to make it work. That takes me back to my words in my review about Vivanta. I wish hotel industry takes it up and improves the sorry state of these places. The service and staff here need training. The place needs maintenance, apparently it’s new so seems like a clean property but that doesn’t mean they hit the hospitality industry’s first step! Mosquitoes, not enough amenities in the bathroom/room, dark curtain decor that attracts more mosquitoes (come on), no view (obviously). It’s probably great for small events and groups to stay here but if you travel, if you have seen hotels outside of Assam and if you want a room that you could enjoy, avoid staying here!

Dispur Lodge is situated in the heart of capital city in high security zone with economy rooms for individual, family, etc. it is just five minute walking distance from Assam Sachavalaya, GNRC Hospital, ten minutes from Down Town Hospital and many other important government offices and shopping malls.

Reviewed By s_abhiman1. Location was normal, nearest local market is around 1/2 - 1 KM. 2. They have good parking facility. 3. Rooms are clean but the washroom was in poor condition. 4. Hotel staff was good. 5. They don’t serve food, you have to go outside but its not a big problem, there are many good restaurants near by. 6. It was average lodge for boys / men. 7. There were mosquito in room, hotel provided us net. 8. No A/C rooms are in this hotel. 9. Half of the building was in under-construction. 10. Not good for family.
