Reviewed By SYLF68New Brand in Sanya, bearly a year old. Simple yet functionable, room was spacious and came with balcony. Interesting All-day-dining concept, serving both local and Asian cuisine. Well located and easy access to the beach about 500m away. Will definitely return and recommend to frens.

Reviewed By Ferran73Stay in the property for 3 days. All fantastic. The pool, the sea, Dempsey restaurant. A special nomination to the amazing breakfast. Special mention also to all the Capella team. It is clear they are always there to help and make your stay even more enjoyable. Only found the BBQ dinner overpriced for what it is. If we are back to Sanya there is no doubt we will be back.

Reviewed By 蜡笔那个新刚开始我以为这家新开的酒店不会有什么好的地方，但是，到了才知道，比我想象中的要好很多，确实，不是没有个人都会遇到，无论是好还是坏！不过我这次遇到的好！订的这家酒店的庭院房，然后由于房型已经预定满房，酒店的前台宾客经理二话不说就给我免费升级至临河家庭房，当我走进房间是就感觉到入住这家酒店太值了！方面面积超级大，而且还有个超级大的阳台，完全可以把大半个三亚看入眼里，美！更让我值得一说是配备硬件，我也了解到了，每间客房都配有一台全自动滚动洗衣机。牛！床也是非常柔软！服务！下次来了还定这家保利凤凰公馆。

Great apartment but not a resort as such
Reviewed By rosegrove77If you’re after just an apartment and a base, this is perfect. The rooms are lovely and all have a great balcony with a fab ocean view. Each balcony appears to also have a jacuzzi bath. The place is in Haitang Bay with a good smattering of really top end hotels for meals. Right next door is Atlantis and there are discounts available for the water park etc. Even though the whole complex is called Atlantis Palace, you can’t just use their pools etc. Good points: clean, modern rooms, excellent WiFi, jacuzzi bath, lovely pool and grounds. Cons: extra to have the electric for the cooker, no real shop or bar, only basic Chinese utensils to eat with, didi needed to get anywhere, pool opens at 10 and no swimming permitted in the sea. The restaurant had a set menu which was not for western tastes (we are in China I know!) If you are a sun worshipper, you might find it inconvenient here as the pool is fully shaded by 2 and the balconies on block 1 & 2 loose sun early on too. There is nowhere else to sit out in the sunshine on site. The no swimming in the sea bit was the most disappointing news for us and we had to get in a taxi to find a beach to swim and snorkel at.

Sanya Seaview Hotel style apartments, located in state-level scenic spots in the East China Sea resort, guests can walk 5 minutes to reach the Dadonghai scenic, traffic developed, position is superior, the apartment has a multiple sets of rooms. Outdoor courtyard swimming pool, private shoreline. The apartment is equipped with a full set of furniture, kitchen equipment, to give you a star home.

Комплекс не сдан, ремонтные работы начинаются в 7 утра и до 18!!! Мест у бассейна нет, бассейн находится в тени круглый день, вода холодная. Полотенце не получите. Сервис - минус 10. На пляже лежаки только для жильцов отелей, остальные - на песок. За 8 дней ни одной уборки номера!!! Сняли другой отель. Отвратительное и безобразное место. Нечего даже оценивать.
