The Western Qing tombs received far fewer visitors than the Eastern Qing tombs or the Ming Tombs.
The tomb site itself is huge, and a driver is needed to go between the different tombs. Tai Ling tomb is the biggest and most impressive tombs, with a processional avenue over a mile longs.
Chang Ling tomb has an impressive echo wall, where anything you say is bounced back seven times. Much of Chang Ling tomb was closed, but this meant the the whole place was abandoned. It was great to get photos of huge marble statues, Bridges and processional roads without a single individual in sight.
Chong Ling tomb has an impressive underground vault with huge carved doors. You can still see the holes were treasure hunters and tomb robbers broke their way in.
Mu Ling tomb is small, and was being repaired when I visited.
Yong fu temple is a scenic change to the numerous tombs.

If you aren't familiar with mountain climbing in China, be prepared to climb lots of stairs. We meant to take the cable cars up the mountain, but we missed the turn for them and didn't realize our mistake until we were halfway up the mountain. I would not recommend climbing in summer - the heat and the crowds on the stairs would be difficult to manage. But in the off season, there were maybe only twenty or thirty other people there.
The caves are small, but well-lit. If you struggle with heights or tight spaces, don't go into them! The way out of them is up a series of ladders.
Along the way are food vendors, though in the off-season they seemed to sell only prepackaged foods. In the summer, they do have more food options at the top of the mountain.
There is a small museum at the bottom of the mountain; it is all in Chinese, but if you read a little about the Five Heroes before you visit, you should be able to understand the most of what you see in the museam.
(Oh, and as always when traveling in China, carry your own bathroom tissues with you. The bathrooms at the top of the mountain were actually really nice.)

ここもかなり広いです。
地下宮殿があるので人気があります。
通票を買ったほうがお得です。

長城が傷んでいるので修繕中です。
人も少ないのでお奨めします。
入場料は要りません。
下りはかなり急ですのでお気をつけください。
狭くて急なのでかなり怖かったです。
