To be honest, my first impression of the building wasn’t great... it was kind of run-down and poorly lit. But once we got started, it became one of the best experiences of my life!! The Game Master was very professional and setup the story so good that I felt like I was actually searching for buried treasure! It was a perfect team building experience!!

The Dockyard Company LTD. A Bermuda company, has been in operation for over 16 years. We had simple beginnings as a small glass studio with a passion for the Arts. Soon after opening, The Dockyard Company Ltd; The Bermuda Rumcake Company, started producing locally made Rumcakes and also increased further support of other individual artists in different fields across Bermuda.

We were completely blown away by the beautifully colored ceramics that we saw in the Jon Faulkner Gallery. This is a lovely working and retail studio. The gallery offers salt-glazed pottery, hand-made Bermuda Rockpools, ceramic house signs and Raku-fired jewelry. We found especially interesting the handmade house plaques – many made to order that feature family crests, etc. The gallery is located in the former sail repair shop for the British fleet. We were so pleased that we were able to see this shop.

Clocktower Mall

Reviewed By benz7

We recently took a cruise to Bermuda. The Clocktower Mall is an easy, short walk from the King Wharf’s Pier in the Royal Naval Dockyard. We explored many of the mall’s small stores. However, Orchid was by far our favorite! They had a nice selection of unique clothes and shoes… All reasonably priced. My husband really enjoyed speaking with the owner, while I was busy trying on and buying clothes. Although we didn’t get the owner’s name, he was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about Bermuda, cruising and just some interesting, fun facts. We would recommend checking out Orchid for yourself next time you travel to Bermuda!
