Great place in Veracruz!!
Reviewed By KarlaM1The company relocated us, so while looking for a new place to live, We lived there for almost a month!!. This hotel is Very good, not a 5 stars but pretty close!! The beds are pretty comfy and king size in all rooms, those are clean, with big spaces and good ilumination, always smell nice. The pool was clean all the time and the staff was very very friendly!! The food at the Marco Polo restaurant is not great, but acceptable, the "continetal breakfast" is good enough!! Good internet service and a huge TV in every room!! U can totally trust the photos on the hotel's internet page!! The tub didn't work as I expected, and the mini fridge made a funny noise every single day, but nothing that wouldn't let you sleep as a baby!! Ooh plus it's less than 5 minutes from the Plaza Acuario and the Malecon by car, 15 by walking!!

Reviewed By 477bekypMuy mal servicio de parte de los empleados, buffet en la mañana muy mala cara y te dicen las cosas de muy mala manera, entiendo que aveces uno no sabe como funciona el servicio del buffet pero para hay maneras de decirte las cosas, uno está pagando por el servicio y si vengo de vacaciones lo último que quiero es que me traten mal, cero estrellas .... Jamas regreso.

¡UN EXCELENTE LUGAR PARA RECORRER EL CENTRO!
Reviewed By XaroshaEl encargado siempre esta atento. Cuando ya se tiene mas de un hospedaje da permiso de entrar antes de la hora de aceptacion. No tiene restaurant, ni piscina, ni sala para recibir visitas. Es un buen sitio para llegar a dormir, hacer recorridos cortos en el centro, acudir a juentas de negocios. Tienemuy buen Wi-Fi. Quien necesita terminar algun trabajo, se puede aislar en este lugar. Al amanecer se pueden ir a trotar al boulevard, ver el amanecer desde los muelles. Iniciar el dia con cafe y pan dulce en una de las dos Parroquias cercanas. Es un lugar cercano para quien desea recorrer el centro a pie , ir al Museo Naval, a la Libreria Mar adentro, quien tiene negocios con las autoridades del Puerto. Puede ser un poco ruidoso si se hospeda uno en una habitacion con vista a la calle. Difusión Cultural esta enfrente, cruzando la calle. Dependiendo del dia de la semana, se puede presenciar el ensayo del ballet folclorico. Todos los cafes, resturantes, muesos (Naval, IVEC, Casa Salvador Diaz Miron; El museo Faro Benito Juarez, el Registro Civil, la Plaza de Correos, la Galeria Fotografica) el centro Salud Digna estan a unos pasos.
