For most of us this year has been very challenging and we've not had any respite or holiday from it. I went to Melt this week for acupuncture and Reiki and Michelle really is a godsend. I walked in stressed, emotional and totally fed up of being isolated from my friends and family (in another country) this year. I quite literally walked out a different person and can honestly say three days later I feel like my 'old' self again. I will be booking in regularly until I'm able to safely go back to my home country to live and will always schedule visits on my future trips to visit Dublin. I really can't thank Michelle enough for restoring my emotional balance and mental health. For anyone concerned about 'safety' the whole Melt experience was exceptional: hand sanitisers, free masks, screens etc.

I had a 30 min massage here as I have a lot of neck and shoulders problems from working too much at a desk and I really liked the massage here, great pressure and movement to really work out the knots in my shoulders, if I had the money I would go once or twice a month. Terry
