I just love the 'Fachwerkhäuser' (half-timbered houses) in Germany in general. And Spay has quite some of them. Being lucky enough to admire them on a sunny day in late Fall, I really enjoyed the looks of them while walking through the village and along the Rhine. See my photos to see what I mean. This small village with its Fachwerkhäuser I would definitely recommend!
