I've spoke about HOF many times before but i can't help myself the reception you get from the staff on arrival is so polite and friendly you keep looking behind you thinking has Royality arrived but no this happens every time i go its all the staff from the manager to the service guys and girls the food is great the scones are worth a visit on there own 10 out of 10 its a lesson in how to treat customers its like going back in time the good old days..????
