Reviewed By amit zHotel under all the uncomfortable bed review Every morning I got up with pain, terrible room service and worst of all I sent laundry to the hotel service and they gave me back half of the things and I went down to talk to them they treated me horribly like I was an idiot. I ask you do not come to this hotel if you want to enjoy Thessaloniki and the special stay with clothes…. Other than the big pool not worth one euro!

Reviewed By AlanBaker55Lovely hotel for a stop over between airport and onward or return travel to the airport. Good clean hotel. Not busy as the season had not yet started. Good sized bedroom and a shower over the bath. Good sized bar area and plenty of seating to relax after a 3 hour flight. Breakfast on the patio. Excellent choice of food from the self service buffet for breakfast. Swimming pool and surrounding area not yet in use due to general maintenance but a good sized pool and plenty of space around the pool. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Reviewed By RuthD4518This hotel is located very close to the airport . So it seemed a smart move. Don’t be fooled. The hotel is in an industrial area with no amenities near by. The air condition did not work in the reception hallways or rooms. That should have been a clue. It was wicked hot. The room was minimalistic room with two narrow thin beds side by side with a sheet and very soft pillow with no refrigerator or restaurant open in the premises. The showers had hot water but so small you could not move. The rooms need an immediate update. Continental breakfast was generous but all store bought foods which were what they were with condensed milk for. cream for coffee and orange drink not juice. Needless to say did not sleep well eat well or feel refreshed as I start our vacation. Not a place to revisit and don’t make the mistake to come because it is convenient. Go farther away and pay a little more.

Τα συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα για κάποιον που θέλει να μείνει εκτός του κέντρου της Θεσσαλονίκης και επιθυμεί μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Η ιδιοκτήτρια Χρυσούλα, εξαιρετική κι άκρως εξυπηρετική, ενδιαφέρθηκε πραγματικά για τη διαμονή μας κάνοντας μας να νιώθουμε οικεία από την πρώτη στιγμή, σα να τη γνωρίζαμε χρόνια.

The hotel , which started to work on March 2003, consists of 52 rooms and 5 suites, all fully equipped with the necessary amenities, with a pleasant and modern decoration. Built in a 13,000 square meters piece of land, has a free Parking space for over than 100 vehicles, a tennis court, an outdoor swimming pool, a Pool Bar, a Main Bar, a large lobby, and conference room with a capacity of 200 people with all the necessary visual and sound equipment. Also, there is the restaurant 'Oak Tree'. An indoor heated pool with hydromassage, a sauna, a ping pong room and a massage room are at the disposal of our customers through Pelagos Club.
Be careful, they are cancelling the reservations at the last minute!
Reviewed By stefp260I had to spend the night at the airport because of a last minute cancellation from their side. A rude and arrogant mister from the hotel contacted me couple of hours before my arrival at the hotel telling me that some clients decided to extend their stay, and since the hotel was full, they had to cancel my stay. Their solution : find another hotel, there are plenty in the area. The issue, they were are full. Even with my complaints, their answer was "this is it, call another hotel" Thank you Athina Airport hotel for a wonderful evening at Thessaloniki airport!!
